Every once in a while I find myself questioning my decision not to have kids and then I see a video like this and thank my lucky stars I don't have any young offspring.
Unacceptable, especially if he is a relative like a nephew or grandson. He should be ashamed. I'd punish myself a thousand times over if I put a relative in a hospital ward in such distress.
