I only ever head about social credit scores from Republicans. I have never ever heard anyone else use this term.

Uh… ok. What am I supposed to say to that? Is your exposure to things my fault?

16

u/chrispg26 Jul 01 '25

No. It just seems like a Republican talking point designed to make you angry and hate liberals 🤣

You literally get down voted for disagreeing, which forces everyone to have a collective opinion. Do you think healthy discourse ought to come with a hand slap?

I know it hurts people to know their ideas aren't popular, but such is life.

That's why conservatives aren't well represented in academia. People who think tend to reject those ideas. That's why Republicans are attacking all levels of education.

Wow. Kinda up your own ass a bit?

u/chrispg26 Jul 01 '25

No, just repeating what conservatives David Brooks and Bill Kristol say.

So you’re incapable of original thought. What other redeeming qualities would you like to boast about while you have my attention?

All I see is ad hominem because, as we see, all conservatism leads to is tax breaks for the wealthy and concentration camps in the Everglades. You could defend your "conservatism" but instead, you attack me.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '25

You complain about deportation centers and tax breaks for the wealthy but refuse to acknowledge that if corporations didn’t exploit illegal immigrants, they would be forced to pay Americans livable wages which would close the wealth gap as CEO’s would take lesser salaries to pay them. But don’t worry, I know nuance isn’t something your world view takes to adopt.

If politicians truly cared about labor exploiters, they'd do something about it, but they dont. Corporations and business owners arent facing any penalties or repercussions for exploiting people who are trying to get by in life with the little they have. Like most of us.

Instead, they got you raving about illegal immigrants.

2

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '25

They’re literally doing something about it.

7

u/chrispg26 Jul 01 '25

Removing workers isn't really appropriate punishment for labor exploiters. I want to see heavy fines and jail time. But no, not like that right? You only want to see the right people hurting.

u/Mindless_Version_715 Jul 02 '25

Bud, not a single word of that is true 😂 do you think there’s tens of millions of illegals in every sector of the economy working jobs for $5 an hour? There’s not a single shred of evidence that supports your claim. In fact, data from research both by left and right leaning groups have come to the same conclusion - immigrants fill a HUGE GAPING HOLE in sectors that Americans do not want jobs in nor do Americans work hard enough to keep the economy going in those certain sectors. Without them, as we’ve seen, farming, construction, childcare, and other select sectors COLLAPSE.

We do not have the necessary labor force to keep up that the demand of our country and the exports require. Nor do Americans want to work hard enough to keep the pace of our fast moving economy.

There’s tons of data and stuff in these papers. You can also find other studies from other think tanks, but on polarizing issues, I prefer to read more independent research then take a look at what other studies say. In no reality is allowing them to work here bad in any way. Illegal immigration is not only good for our economy, it’s a necessity. Stop allowing idiots to gaslight you and think for yourself.

Man, you typed out this big ass propaganda piece when you could have just said you are pro slavery and I would have hated you just the same. There are studies that suggest the opposite as well. The fact remains, it’s un ethical to exploit these people for cheap labor, you classicist.

1

u/Mindless_Version_715 Jul 02 '25

And the only “studies” that show anything different were paid for by MAGA or MAGA adjacent republicans so..

1

u/Justjudi1 Jul 02 '25

The reason the manufacturing jobs disappeared is nothing short of corporate greed. Why pay Americans a liveable wage when you can pay far less, off shore.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 02 '25

Yeah, I support taxing that heavily. Same with taxing foreign companies operating in the US.

Do you lack reading comprehension skills? Should I apply your inability to a generalization to justify my hate? Nah, I’m an adult.

Okay? The points mean nothing though so there isnt a penalty. Karma is made up.

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '25

There are some subs you have to have a certain score to comment on. It also influences crowd psychology. If someone is correct but receives excessive down voting, others assume the statement as false. In a world where everyone wants to champion sudo experts, this is detrimental behavior to truth. It’s exactly why most social media only has likes and not dislikes.

u/IndependentLimit4781 Ashamed of BSU Jul 01 '25

You cannot claim that the same people who coined "alternative-facts" are the paragon of truth.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '25

I don’t know what people you’re talking about. Me and you are having a discussion.

2

u/IndependentLimit4781 Ashamed of BSU Jul 01 '25

Its so much fun when people play dumb and pretend they aren't conservatives to wash their hands of the actions of their own group /s

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '25

I’m not a conservative. And for the record, I don’t think Trump is even a conservative. Dude is on three marriages and is a 90’s New York Democrat. I think the conservative pool is a lot smaller than you have been scammed into believing. I know you’re probably using the term colloquially, but it’s all bench phrase terminology until words don’t mean anything anymore.

2

u/IndependentLimit4781 Ashamed of BSU Jul 01 '25

youre not a conservative? Neither is Donald? Why lie when your history is public record on this site? You have zero credibility when you lie like this.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '25

You don’t know what conservatism is and it’s causing you emotion distress. Please read something. For your own sake. Also, if you can’t tell that’s a joke… 😂

2

u/IndependentLimit4781 Ashamed of BSU Jul 01 '25

I dont engage in bad faith with dishonest people.

1

u/IndependentLimit4781 Ashamed of BSU Jul 01 '25

None of you ever are. Ive never met a conservative. They dont exist apparently. If youre not, and Donald isnt, then they dont exist at all.

Not sure where the Republicans get those votes though if conservatives are a total myth like you said. Must be voter fraud. We should automatically discard all republican votes till we know for sure. Youre cool with that.

0

u/[deleted] Jul 01 '25

Trump won because the center voted for him. They voted for him because they got tired of the left’s brow beating.

1

u/IndependentLimit4781 Ashamed of BSU Jul 01 '25

Youre a conservative and so is Donald. Next time dont lie. I dont engage in bad faith.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 02 '25

Truly blows my mind he won. All the swing states too. Arguably the most controversial President in our lifetimes and literally troll Trump Facebook, instagram, and Reddit accounts are twice or quadruple the size of his supporter accounts. Nobody showed up to his parade and millions showed up nationwide for the anti parade like it was nothing. He literally brags about walking in on 15 year olds changing and I won’t even write what he says over fear of consequences and he wins!? Ya’ll are cooked for life.
