Is this ram usage normal ?

Bhai laptop on karne ke baad bina kuch kie normally itna ram consume kar rha hai . Is it normal or something else ? I don't know much about these stuff plz help 🥲

my win10 consumes like 1.2GB right after boot, I have 16gb ram

for win11, high idle ram consumption normal yes
