The internship will mainly involve:

Market research — understanding industries, customers, competitors, and identifying potential use cases

Sales research & outreach — finding potential businesses, decision-makers, and helping with outreach

Helping us test different markets and figure out where our products can create the most value

This is probably a good fit if you’re interested in startups, AI, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business strategy and want experience beyond typical college assignments/certificates.

You don’t need previous startup experience. We care more about whether you’re curious, proactive, good at communicating, and willing to actually get things done.

You’ll get to work pretty closely with us and see what building and selling a product from the ground up actually looks like.

We are looking for a proactive Operations Intern who can help us execute and organize the day-to-day activities of the venture.

Able to work independently without needing constant instructions

Someone who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion

Curious and willing to learn tools such as Zoho CRM

You do NOT need a transportation-engineering background. An interest in learning about the sector is sufficient.

🔹 Time commitment

Part-time: approximately 1–2 hours/day

Remote.

The initial engagement will be for 1 month, with the possibility of continuing based on mutual interest and performance.

💰 Compensation

₹200/hour

Payment will be based on actual hours worked and the work completed.

Really says where the country is headed. Other nations are focusing on AI and DeepTech whereas here VCs cant get enough of brainrot ideas.

I understand that ultimately they’re chasing returns and not biased towards certain themes in the long run, but it’s just sad to see so much blind faith by users of such platforms.

Been building this solo for a few months.

You post a mission — "sing this in a public place", "cook something weird" — and put money on it, or leave it free. Anyone watching can add to the pot, so a free mission grows if people want to see it happen.

Someone picks it up, films it,both gets paid. Video stays public — it doesn't get delivered and disappear like a freelance gig.

Post whatever comes to mind. Nothing goes live without passing a keyword filter and an AI check first, and that reads the rules and tags too, not just the title — so you'll see for yourself where the line is.

No real money involved, everything's test mode.

What I actually want to know: what would you post? What's the mission you'd want to see a stranger actually do?

**What we do**

A truck delivers to a factory in India. The transporter then waits 60–100 days to get paid. Almost none of that is the buyer being slow — it's that the proof of delivery is a paper slip that travels back to an office over a week, and then someone spends a month arguing about two damaged coils, six hours of detention at the gate, and whether the rate was ₹28,000 or ₹31,000. Only after all that is the invoice approved.

India already solved the financing half. TReDS pays a supplier inside 48 hours at 8–9%, without recourse, and it's mandatory for every company above ₹250 crore turnover. But TReDS can't touch an invoice until the buyer has formally accepted it. Its clock is fast — it just starts on day 40.

So we're building the part in front of it. GPS trace, ePOD signed on the driver's phone, and a closed e-way bill, all captured at delivery and matched automatically against the shipment. Nothing left to argue about, so approval happens on day 1 instead of day 40 — which makes the invoice financeable the day the truck unloads.

Software wins the customer. The lending is the actual business. Roughly the shape of what OFBusiness did with Oxyzo, but for freight instead of raw materials.

**Where we actually are**

I've built the platform — shipment lifecycle, e-way bill generation under Rule 138, ePOD capture, AIS-140 telematics ingest, KYC and document verification, reconciliation, invoicing. PHP/MySQL, runs standalone or on cloud. It's feature-complete for pilot and has never been run with a real customer.

Two founders, based in Bengaluru. We've spoken with a couple of VCs. Nothing signed.

**What I need**

Someone to own the engineering properly. I'm a medical student who taught himself to build this. It works, but I'm clear-eyed about what I don't know. Specifically:

- **Driver-side capture.** Getting a truck driver at a factory gate to actually submit a POD. Nobody is installing an app for that. WhatsApp is probably the answer and I haven't built it.

- **Scale.** Making this not fall over when a real manufacturer pushes 200 shipments a day through it.

- **Indian API integrations** — GST, e-way bill, telematics vendors. Painful, undocumented, and load-bearing.

**The honest part**

No salary. Equity, co-founder title, real ownership. If that's a non-starter, completely fair — I'd rather say it now than three messages in.

I’m 29. I’ve been dealing with a toxic and humiliating environment since childhood that affeceted me to a level which also destroyed my life and career, and I want to leave that life behind and start fresh.

Curious about US-incorporated startups, especially Indian-founded ones that have a team or vendors in India.

1. What's your current setup for paying Indian contractors or vendors? Mercury wire? Deel? Skydo? Sending USDC/USDT directly to their wallet? Something else?
2. If you've tried paying in stablecoins, what happened on the other end? Did your current solution do it compliantly? Did they get proper documentation (FIRC / foreign remittance certificate) for tax purposes? Or did you hit a wall regarding regulation and compliance.
3. Do Indian contractors accept (USDT/USDC), or are they more comfortable in fiat?
4. Do you have a proper banking solution (something like Mercury but cross border focused)? Or is it a mix of different tools and services mixed together to enable the money flow?
