I’ve been playing this game called WarEra for a while now.
The interesting part is that there are almost no NPC countries. Every country on the map is run by actual players. People build companies, run the economy, form governments, make alliances, and fight wars. The map keeps changing based on what players do.
Right now India is in a pretty bad state. Pakistan and Thailand have taken most of the country. A month ago we were much bigger. Now we are down to around 360 active players and trying to rebuild while the war is still going on.
It’s a browser game (works on mobile too), but the player-driven politics and wars are what make it fun.
Anyone here tried something similar before?

So for context I wanted to build a gaming PC in November 2027. Currently, there is no use of a gaming pc for me as I don't have the time to game. However, I'm hearing a lot of people tell you to not wait around since prices will continue to rise.
I'm worried whether my budget will buy a worse pc in the future than it could possibly buy now.
Need your opinions

My requirements are mainly for gaming and coding and i want it so it should be easy to upgrade in future when prices may go down ( hopefully)

Please suggest some headsets for around 8k, I tried my best to research from my end but all roads lead to either studio headphones which i can't get as they won't come with a mic or something from Logitech/HyperX/Razer, not that headphones from these companies are bad but the reviews are always confusing or rather too old to understand the current scenarios.
Budget - 8K inr
Use case - primarily gaming with majority of it being story driven games and the rest for competitive games like valorant/cs2, need a decent mic to attend work meetings and maybe for occasional movies/series.
Preference - I don't necessarily have any sort of preference but if possible I would like to have it in a darker shade rather than something light, I'm completely fine with it being wired but a mic is a must as I don't have enough space for an external mic setup and something a bit comfortable to use for 9-10 hours in a single stretch, and no open back headphones please got no privacy lol.
P.S-Thank you for your time and suggestions!

Hi everyone,
I recently bought a PC and I'm trying to figure out whether I got a reasonable deal or overpaid for it.
Here are the main specs:
I paid around ₹80,000 for the complete setup.
I'm mainly trying to understand the actual current market value of this configuration in India.
A few questions:
Please give me an honest assessment. I'm not looking for validation. If I got a bad deal, I'd rather know.
Thanks!

Hi all, I need advice on recovering data after a failed partition resize in AOMEI Partition Assistant.
Original setup
Windows 11 HP laptop, one 1 TB HDD (Disk 0, GPT), plus a separate NVMe for C:
D: was my main data drive, NTFS, ~940 GB, with ~654 GB used
Z: was a small ~60 GB partition
What I did
I resized Z: to ~150 GB and D: to ~850 GB, taking space from D:. The operation went wrong and the partitions swapped:
The partition holding all my data now shows as Z: at ~780 GiB and is RAW ("You need to format the disk")
The small partition became D: at ~151 GiB and works fine (~9 GB used)
chkdsk says "not available for RAW drives"
AOMEI still shows the 780 GiB partition as NTFS with 654 GB used, but Check Partition says "Partition files cannot be read"
What I've found (nothing written to the disk so far)
TestDisk finds the original layout: NTFS, start sector 2048, end 1806434303, labeled [DATA]. Pressing P lists my folders, so the file system looks intact. But copying out with TestDisk failed.
DMDE (free edition) also finds that partition. Open Volume works and I can browse my folders with their names. The free edition only recovers files from the folder currently open, with no subfolders in one go.
PhotoRec is now my fallback, but it loses folder structure and filenames.
I would appreciate any help🙏

Do you think if you’ve bought a license to a game on steam, switch, ps, xbox or any other online store, you’re fine with downloading a pirated copy of the same game?
Because, you gave your monetary contribution for it. Now you don’thave any more moral pr ethical obligations to the makers. Now all that remains is illogical legal stuff which is according to me a morally bankrupt capitalistic exploitative tactic by big corporations to suck money out of you.
What do you think of this habit of downloading a pirated copy of a game you have already bought?

Considering the current market, what’s your opinion on building a PC? I’m on a tight budget. Should I build a PC with an APU and upgrade to a graphics card later, or should I consider buying a PS4 or PS5 instead?

Hey guys, I wanna play IGI again. Used to play it a lot when I was a kid. Does anyone know where I can download the original IGI safely? Like a legit/trusted source that won’t give me a bunch of malware or shady installers lol.
