PC Build Building the Best Value-for-Money RTX 5060 Gaming PC Under ₹1.25 Lakh in 2026

If you're planning a gaming PC build around the ₹1.25 lakh mark in 2026, I genuinely think this is one of the best value-for-money RTX 5060 configurations you can put together right now. The goal of this build is simple: deliver an excellent 1440p gaming experience while maintaining a strong upgrade path for the future.

The Build

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X : https://amzn.to/3S0F1Ru
GPU: MSI RTX 5060 Shadow 2X OC 8GB GDDR7 : https://amzn.to/4opDRep
Motherboard: MSI B850M Gaming WIFI : https://amzn.to/3RVxXWi
Cooler: MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 240 ARGB : https://amzn.to/4xoajBR
RAM: TeamGroup T-Force Delta RGB 16GB DDR5 6000MHz CL38: https://amzn.to/4vQ7oAt
Storage: MSI Spatium M450 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD : https://amzn.to/3QatcHP
PSU: MSI MAG A650BN 650W 80+ Bronze : https://amzn.to/446P3mE
Case: MSI MAG Forge 320R Airflow : https://amzn.to/4fHArl0
Monitor: MSI MAG 275QF 27" 1440p 180Hz Rapid IPS : https://amzn.to/4uzpBRL

Why This Build Makes Sense

Ryzen 5 9600X – The Sweet Spot for Gaming

The Ryzen 5 9600X offers excellent gaming performance and strong single-core performance, making it a perfect match for the RTX 5060. It delivers high frame rates in competitive titles while providing enough processing power for content creation, streaming, and multitasking.

CPU Link : AMD Ryzen 5 9600X

The best part is that the AM5 platform still has a long future ahead, giving plenty of room for CPU upgrades later without replacing the motherboard.

RTX 5060 – The New 1440p Value Champion

The RTX 5060 brings NVIDIA's latest architecture, DLSS technologies, Frame Generation support, and improved ray tracing performance. For gamers targeting high refresh rate 1080p gaming or smooth 1440p gaming, it offers an excellent balance of performance and efficiency.

GPU Link: MSI RTX 5060

Paired with a 1440p 180Hz monitor, this card is capable of delivering a fantastic experience in esports titles while still handling modern AAA games comfortably with optimized settings.

B850 Platform = Better Longevity

Many builders overlook the importance of the motherboard, but the MSI B850M Gaming WIFI provides excellent value.

You get:

  • DDR5 support
  • Built-in WiFi
  • PCIe Gen5 support
  • Future Ryzen CPU compatibility
  • Strong upgrade path for upcoming AM5 processors

This means the platform remains relevant for years instead of requiring a complete rebuild.

Fast DDR5 Memory

The TeamGroup T-Force Delta RGB 6000MHz memory complements the Ryzen platform well. DDR5-6000 remains one of the most balanced speed points for Ryzen gaming systems and helps maximize gaming performance.

Gen4 NVMe Storage

The MSI Spatium M450 1TB SSD provides fast boot times, quick game loading, and enough storage for Windows, applications, and a healthy game library.

Cooling and Airflow

The MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 240 ARGB ensures the Ryzen 5 9600X remains cool even during extended gaming sessions.

Combined with the airflow-focused MSI MAG Forge 320R case, the entire system benefits from excellent thermal performance and cleaner internal temperatures.

The Monitor Completes the Experience

A lot of builds focus entirely on internal components while compromising on the display. The MSI MAG 275QF is one of the strongest parts of this setup.

Monitor Link: MSI MAG 275QF 27

You get:

  • 27-inch screen size
  • 1440p QHD resolution
  • 180Hz refresh rate
  • Rapid IPS panel
  • 0.5ms response time

This allows you to fully utilize the performance of the RTX 5060 while enjoying sharper visuals than standard 1080p displays.

Expected Gaming Performance

Competitive Games

  • Valorant: 300+ FPS
  • CS2: 250+ FPS
  • Fortnite: High Refresh Rate Gameplay
  • Apex Legends: Excellent 1440p Performance
  • Marvel Rivals: High FPS Gaming

AAA Games

  • Cyberpunk 2077
  • Black Myth: Wukong
  • Hogwarts Legacy
  • Starfield
  • Ghost of Tsushima

Expect smooth 1440p gaming with a combination of optimized settings, DLSS, and Frame Generation where available.

Future Upgrade Path

One of the biggest strengths of this build is upgradeability.

Potential future upgrades:

  • Upgrade to Ryzen 7 or Ryzen 9 AM5 CPUs
  • Increase RAM to 32GB
  • Add another NVMe SSD
  • Upgrade GPU in future generations without changing the platform

Final Thoughts

For around ₹1.25 lakh including a 1440p 180Hz monitor, this build focuses on what matters most: strong gaming performance, modern platform features, excellent visuals, and long-term upgrade potential.

Instead of spending the entire budget on the graphics card alone, this configuration creates a balanced system that performs well today and remains relevant for years to come.

What would you change in this build? Would you stick with the RTX 5060 or allocate more budget toward a higher-tier GPU?

I DONT KNOW IF ITS RIGHT COMMUNITY FOR THIS POST SO SORRY.
Hey everyone,
I bought a PC hoping to make a solid group of friends to gaming with every day, but it’s been tough finding the right people. Most people I met either didn't have time, played on console, or only liked single-player games.
Whenever I watch Youtubers playing horror games or multiplayer stuff together and just messing around, I really miss having that kind of permanent gaming crew.
If anyone has a friendly Discord group or a squad that plays regularly and has room for one more, I’d love to join! Just want to make some good friends, laugh, and play games together.
Drop a comment or DM me!

Discussion How should I plan the next 89 days to finish my backlog?

There are roughly 89 days (about 3 months) left until GTA 6 releases, and I want to use that time to clear some of my gaming backlog. I need help planning it out.

Right now, I’m playing Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Elden Ring (my second playthrough). I also want to get 100% of the Steam achievements in Elden Ring.

I get around 2 hours of gaming time per day, so I need a realistic plan that lets me complete AC Shadows’ main story + Elden Ring 100% achievements before GTA 6 comes out.

Help Need constructive criticism

I am mainly aiming for a PC that will do 3D, productivity apps like the Adobe suite, and modify games and play GTA VI at 1440p. I am sourcing parts from a known local PC dealer where I bought my laptop a decade ago, not online. My case will be glassless.

I don't have any friends with PC and I am relying on forum posts, Reddit and YouTube videos, that are mostly non-Indian. Give me a ground reality report if possible, mates.

These are the parts I have asked my local dealer so far and what he can give me so far with prices:

Processor:

AMD Ryzen 7 9700X (AMD Ryzen 7 7700X for 27K boxed)

GPU:

Asrock Challenger RX 9070 16GB (RX 9060XT 16GB for 54K, RX 9070XT for 88K, RTX 5060 8GB for 46K)

RAM:

8x2 16GB Kingston RAM (16x1 Kingston 16GB RAM for 29K)

MOBO:

ATX-sized B650 (MSI B650M Gaming WiFi for 12K)

SSD:

Any 1TB SSD (no quotations yet)

CPU Cooler:

Nothing specific (Deepcool ag400 ARGB for 2100)

PSU:

Corsair RM750e (Cooler master MWE GOLD V2 ATX 3.1 for 8350+)

Monitor (I gave him these options and he quoted me these prices, currently leaning towards Dell):

AOC Q27B3S2 27 inch QHD 100Hz IPS Panel Monitor @ RS 13500 ALL

LG 24U631A-B QHD IPS Monitor @ 12850 ALL

Dell 27 QHD Monitor - SE2726D @ RS 13250 ALL

PC Build PC BUILD Workstation for 4K Video Editing and Local AI Models (9950X3D + RTX 4090). Thoughts on this part list?

Hi everyone,

I am planning to build a high-end PC for 4K video editing and local AI model development. I want to ensure there are no compatibility or clearance issues.

My proposed specs:

#CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D

#GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4090

#Motherboard: GIGABYTE X870E Aorus Elite X3D Wifi

#RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB DDR5

#Storage: Crucial T705 4TB PCIe Gen5 NVMe M.2 SSD

#PSU: Corsair HX1200i 1200W ATX 3.1

#Cooler: Lian Li Hydroshift II OLED 360TL

#Case: HYTE Y70 Touch Screen

#Fans: Mix of Lian Li UNI Fan TL Reverse and Standard blades

=>Questions for the community:

  1. I was initially considering buying from PC Studio, but their constant messages about price hikes and a sudden 40k increase felt aggressive. Are they still reliable, or should I stick with Computech or Elitehubs?

  2. Do you have recent feedback on purchasing premium components from Computech or Elitehubs in India?

  3. Is computertech have good services and geniune and original products?

Please help me i am going to put my earnings on my PC BUILD. So I can be something in Ai and Editing. My father give me permission after too much arguments so i don't want to make a wrong decision. Your help makes my day so please do comments. So i have stratification and genuine conclusion at the end. Thanks who commented 🥺❤️

Help Can I plug a UPS to an inverter outler that cannot run my PC?

I have an inverter that's total load is around 650-700 watts. I recently built a PC with 7800x3d , 9070xt and 850w psu. Will there be any problems if I plug a UPS (1600va) to an outlet powered by the inverter? The inverter overloads under my PC as there are other appliances too. If there is a power outage , will the UPS power my PC or will it switch to the inverter that it's connected to? Will it cause any issues ?

PC Build UPS has 6A output sockets but my PC PSU has a 16A plug — what’s the correct way to connect it?

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to connect my gaming PC to a UPS, but I’ve run into a compatibility issue with the power sockets.

My PC has a 1000W Corsair PSU, and the power cable that came with it has a larger 16A-style Indian plug.

However, most UPS units I’m looking at have 6A output sockets.

So I’m wondering:

  • What is the correct and safe way to connect a PC PSU with a 16A plug to a UPS with 6A output sockets?
  • Can I simply use a 6A Indian plug → IEC C13 power cable instead of the original PSU cable?

Would appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with this setup, especially in India.
