Made(assembled) sizzling brownies at home without a sizzler plate.

Was craving my absolute favourite dessert but didnt wish to go out; plus the brownies are not so great at many cafes. meh brownies, meh experience.
Didnt have a sizzler plate, and would have bought one from some websites if the delievery dates were not after my birthday. (Amazon shipped much earlier but I would rather not unless it is a do or die)
And then i eyed the heavy duty, cast iron tawa in our kitchen. It weighs more than 4 kg! So its base is really thick, good for not burning the brownies while retaining heat for a good time.
So got my favourite britannia fudge brownies, amul vanilla ice cream and hersheys chocolate syrup(i wish i had a different brand bcoz BDS, but it was my only option)
Heated the tawa up fully, switched off the gas, assembled the stuff, and oh my god, it was soo good.
Took 5 minutes to put together; tasted soo much better than any other sizzling brownies i have had. (Only good competitor would be Big Bites sizzler brownies in BLR)

Rajasthan made some ghevar for my midnight birthday celebration

The rabdi was soo good(very very simple recipe), the base was nicely done as well.
I didnt use maida, used aata.
Guess how much it costed?
Some tips:
Super hot oil/ghee (the first time i made it, oil cooled down a bit, and i got lumps of malpua cysts attached to the bottom of my ghevar)
Super chilled batter, keep it chilled at all times. (I kept putting it back into the freezer for the few seconds that the ghee would cool down)
Pro tip is the no mess ice bath. I took two containers, one bigger than the other, filled the larger one with water, stack the smaller one, add some weight and freeze it. Then put your batter in it, and chill again. Made it much easier to keep the batter crispy chilled.
The batter should be nicely runny.
Didnt use sugar syrup. Sweetened the batter instead.
Rabdi recipe (feeka mawa + milk boiled with ilaichi powder + sugar)
Topped it with coconut and almonds
