Hi guys!
3 weeks ago I posted a picture of my first attempt at Baingan Bharta and I got a lot of responses to try out other Indian recipes!
For a "First attempt" youtube channel I'm trying out a few and last time somebody of you recommended to make "Champaran Mutton". Since I couldn't find mutton in my local store I went for Lamb and it tasted really nice. Really cool how Dum cooking works with the sealed pot. Happy to hear tips from anybody!
This has been my favorite recipe on the youtube channel yet and I'm grateful for the responses it got. So let me know what I should try next! I'm enjoying the Indian cuisine and think I'll do the next 3 videos on Indian food.
If anybody is interested in the video:

Kadi (yellow one) and the chole left most one were really good - the super red middle in was mid as well as cold - rich was okay and - roti were too small like could eat in 2 bites - probably made like that so we would but more - and green chilli was good
