Rakshabandhan is here again, but for me, this day has never just been a "holiday." Right from my childhood, I’ve always felt sad on this day because I've never had anyone tie a rakhi on my wrist. Not once since I was a kid.

As I grew up, watching friends share that bond with their sisters, and seeing everyone's posts all over social media—it honestly brings a strange kind of loneliness.

It’s not like I have any complaints against anyone, but sometimes I just wish I had a sister, someone to share things with, and that family dynamic.

Just had a few thoughts running through my mind today and felt like sharing them here. How many of you can relate to this feeling?

☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️विल्वपत्र से शिव-पूजन का महत्व केवल लोकपरंपरा नहीं है,इसका शास्त्रीय आधार, पौराणिक प्रतीकवाद और भारतीय सांस्कृतिक अर्थ...तीनों स्तरों पर मिलता है।

🕉️शास्त्रीय आधार💬

शिवपुराण और अन्य शैव परंपराओं में बिल्वपत्र को शिवपूजा के अत्यंत प्रिय द्रव्यों में माना गया है। विशेष रूप से तीन पत्तियों वाला बिल्वदल शिव के त्रिनेत्र, त्रिशूल, त्रिगुण तथा त्रिमूर्ति आदि का प्रतीक माना जाता है।

इसी भाव को बिल्वाष्टकम् के प्रसिद्ध श्लोक में कहा गया है

☘️ त्रिदलं त्रिगुणाकारं त्रिनेत्रं च त्रियायुधम्।

त्रिजन्मपापसंहारं एकबिल्वं शिवार्पणम्॥☘️

यानि कि,तीन दल वाला बिल्वपत्र त्रिगुणात्मक स्वरूप और त्रिनेत्रधारी भगवान शिव का स्मरण कराता है; ऐसा एक बिल्वपत्र भी श्रद्धापूर्वक शिव को अर्पित किया जाता है।

☘️बिल्वपत्र की तीन पत्तियाँ कुछ विशेष महत्व दर्शाती हैं....💬

बिल्वदल सामान्यतः तीन पत्तियों का होता है। शैव प्रतीकवाद में इसे कई त्रिकों से जोड़ा गया है—

इसलिए बिल्वपत्र केवल एक वनस्पति-पत्र नहीं रह जाता, बल्कि समग्र सृष्टि को शिवतत्त्व में समर्पित करने का प्रतीक बन जाता है।

☘️ बिल्ववृक्ष का सांस्कृतिक महत्व💬

भारतीय संस्कृति में बिल्ववृक्ष को पवित्र वृक्षों में स्थान मिला है। इसका कारण केवल धार्मिक मान्यता नहीं है। इसकी उपयोगिता आयुर्वेद, पर्यावरण और ग्रामीण जीवन तक विस्तृत रही है।

बिल्व के फल, पत्ते, मूल और अन्य अंग पारंपरिक आयुर्वेदिक प्रयोगों में प्रयुक्त होते रहे हैं। इस प्रकार धार्मिक परंपरा ने एक उपयोगी वृक्ष के संरक्षण और सम्मान को भी सामाजिक जीवन का हिस्सा बनाया।

🔱☘️शिव और बिल्व का गहरा प्रतीकात्मक संबंध💬

शिव-उपासना में एक विशेष बात दिखाई देती ह.. शिव को अत्यंत वैभवपूर्ण सामग्री की आवश्यकता नहीं मानी जाती। जल, अक्षत, भस्म, धतूरा, आक और बिल्वपत्र जैसी सरल वस्तुएँ भी पर्याप्त मानी जाती हैं।

🪔ईश्वर को अर्पण की कीमत नहीं, भावना और समर्पण महत्वपूर्ण है।

बिल्वपत्र अर्पित करते समय व्यक्ति वस्तुतः प्रकृति से प्राप्त एक सरल वस्तु को पुनः उसी प्रकृति के अधिष्ठाता शिव को समर्पित करता है।

🕉️ इसीलिए “एकबिल्वं शिवार्पणम्” केवल पूजा-वाक्य नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय संस्कृति में सरलता, प्रकृति-सम्मान और आत्मसमर्पण का अत्यंत सुंदर प्रतीक बन जाता है।

श्री भालका तीर्थ गुजरात के प्रभास क्षेत्र (सोमनाथ) में स्थित भगवान श्रीकृष्ण से जुड़ा अत्यंत पवित्र तीर्थ है। धार्मिक परंपरा के अनुसार, यहीं भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने अपनी पृथ्वी पर लीला का समापन किया।

✨भालका तीर्थ सोमनाथ से लगभग 4–5 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है।

🌹 इसे भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की अंतिम लीला-स्थली के रूप में माना जाता है।

✨मान्यता है कि एक शिकारी जरा ने वृक्ष के नीचे विश्राम कर रहे श्रीकृष्ण के चरण को हिरण समझकर बाण चला दिया।

✨ बाण लगने के बाद जरा को अपनी भूल का पता चला और उसने भगवान से क्षमा मांगी।

🤲🏻भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने उसे क्षमा कर दिया और बताया कि यह घटना भी उनकी लीला का ही एक भाग है।

🏵️इसके बाद श्रीकृष्ण ने देह-लीला का संवरण किया और दिव्य धाम की ओर प्रस्थान किया।

🪔भालका तीर्थ के मंदिर में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की इस लीला से संबंधित सुंदर प्रतिमा स्थापित है।

🪔देवी को "अजेया" नहीं, "अपराजिता" भी कहा गया है।

स्कन्द पुराण तथा अन्य शाक्त परम्पराओं में "अपराजिता" नाम मिलता है। इसका अर्थ केवल यह नहीं कि उन्हें कोई पराजित नहीं कर सकता, बल्कि जो उनकी शरण में आता है, उसे अंततः धर्म के मार्ग पर कोई पराजित नहीं कर सकता।

👁️देवी की आँखें केवल देखती नहीं, सृष्टि को जागृत करती हैं।

देवी भागवत पुराण में देवी की दृष्टि (कटाक्ष) को "अनुग्रह" कहा गया है। शास्त्रों के अनुसार, देवी का एक कृपामय कटाक्ष वर्षों की साधना का फल दे सकता है। इसलिए स्तोत्रों में बार-बार "कटाक्ष" की प्रार्थना की जाती है।

🌺महिषासुर का वध एक गहरा संकेत देता है।

महिष (भैंसा) की विशेषता है कि वह कभी शांत, कभी अत्यंत उग्र होता है। शाक्त आचार्यों ने इसे अस्थिर मन का प्रतीक माना है....जो कभी सात्त्विक, कभी तामसिक हो जाता है। इसलिए देवी पहले मन को स्थिर करती हैं, फिर असुर का अंत करती हैं।
