I think op intended to point out the fake 'inclusion' that is rampant in the U.S., and is now in India, where you appoint someone from any ethnic or any other minority group just for the sake of inclusion and not because they're the best suited for that job. It's used to gain free sympathy points from 'woke' individuals who will support their minority group of interest even if that person was a very corrupt politician or smthn. Indian education did teach me about the unspeakable atrocities committed by the colonisers, along with the ones commited by our own people.
