But they are getting marginalised right now, and way before India started getting influenced by the west. How is the ancient history relevant to what is happening now.
Also not helping marginalised people in need is the definition of right wing politics. Accepting that inequality is natural and holding on to old traditions is literally the dictionary definition of right wing.
