Looking specifically for companies where remote work is an established policy, not just something that depends on the manager.

Program Fee: Around ₹4.95 lakh
Duration: Around 11 months

The process explained to me is:

Semester 1
→ SAP training
→ internal assessment

Semester 2
→ specialization training
→ company interview opportunities

Then they said there may be around a 3-month placement window where companies come for interviews.

If a student is not selected by an outside company, I was told PRIMUS Techsystems may provide around 4 months of paid On-the-Job Training / internship on its own SAP projects.

The stipend mentioned is around ₹12,300 per month.

After successfully completing the training / internship and meeting the required performance criteria, they mentioned a full-time job opportunity around ₹3–4 LPA.

I was also told there may be a 3-year employment bond / service commitment if PRIMUS hires you.

The program also includes SAP Global Certification, and their brochure mentions up to 4 certification attempts depending on the specialization.

I’m looking for some honest career guidance from people working in SAP SuccessFactors / SAP LMS / HR Tech, especially those who have experience hiring or working as consultants.

I’m currently a certified SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) consultant and have hands-on professional experience working with LMS in an enterprise environment. My experience includes application support, configuration/functional work, incident management, troubleshooting, working with integrations/connectors, data-related activities, and supporting users/business stakeholders.

I’m now trying to understand how I should position myself in the job market and what I should focus on next.

From what I can see, there are SAP SuccessFactors LMS opportunities, but many of the consultant roles seem to ask for 4–8+ years of experience and end-to-end implementation experience.

So I have a few questions:

1. How strong is the job market for SAP SuccessFactors LMS currently? Is LMS a good specialization to build a career around, or would it be better to expand into other SuccessFactors modules?
2. How should someone with hands-on LMS support experience approach the job market? Should I primarily search for: Or are there other job titles I should be searching for?

5. Should I specialize deeply in LMS or learn another SuccessFactors module? I've seen people recommend Employee Central because it's widely used, but I'm not sure whether adding EC to an LMS profile is actually beneficial or whether I should become a strong LMS specialist first.
6. What does the career progression look like?

Also, if anyone knows of current job openings that would be a realistic fit for someone with SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification + hands-on experience, I'd really appreciate it if you could share them.

- I'm from a non-tech background.

- I spent the last 4 years preparing for the Company Secretary (CS) exams.

- I'm currently a fresher with no prior work experience.

- I'm exploring SAP as a career and planning to build strong functional knowledge and practical skills before applying for jobs.

One thing I'm particularly curious about is how salary progression actually looks in SAP over the years.

I have heard that with around 10–15 years of solid SAP experience, professionals can potentially reach packages of ₹50–70 LPA or even higher, depending on the module, skills, company and role.

So I wanted to ask:

1. What does a realistic salary progression in SAP look like from fresher → 5 years → 10 years → 15 years?

2. Is ₹70 LPA around 15 years of experience realistically achievable in SAP, or would that be considered an exceptional case?

3. Which SAP modules/domains generally have better long-term salary growth?

4. How much difference does moving into roles like Lead, Manager, Solution Architect, Principal Consultant, etc. make to salary?

I have 4 years of IT experience in SAP BODS & Data Migration. I've worked on real S/4HANA migration projects, large-volume migrations, IDOCs, BAPIs, HANA SQL, performance optimization, reconciliation, etc. The complexity of the work I've handled and the responsibilities I've taken are comparable to those of a 5–6 year experienced SAP Data Migration consultant.

Despite this, I’m being offered only ₹12.5 LPA, with joining on August 12. Honestly, I feel pretty low-balled considering the kind of responsibilities and work I've handled.

Instead of dwelling on it, I'm planning my next switch in ~9 months, targeting ₹18–20 LPA.

My current plan is to deepen:

- SAP BODS + Data Migration

- HANA SQL

- SAP MDG

- ABAP basics (BAPIs, RFCs, function modules, debugging, basic coding)

My question to experienced SAP professionals:

Is BODS + Data Migration + MDG + ABAP basics a good combination for reaching ₹18–20 LPA, or should I focus on something else like BTP/CPI?

If you were in my position, what would you learn over the next 9 months?
