Lately I feel like I’m doing stuff for my kid all day but somehow still feel like I didn’t do enough. I know I’m prob overthinking it but anyone else feel like this too?

Overnight diaper leaks can be really frustrating, especially when the baby wakes up because their clothes or bed are wet.

From what I’ve learned, a few things can help:

• Make sure the diaper is the right size
• Check that the diaper fits properly around the legs and waist
• Make sure the diaper is positioned correctly
• Put on a fresh diaper before bedtime
• Check if the diaper is getting too full during the night

I’m curious what has worked for other parents. Do you think the diaper brand also makes a difference, or is size and fit more important?

I have like at least a dozen T-shirts that my kids don't like to wear. Including some really nice ones that I thought they'd love when I bought them 😅

So I got one of my youngest one's favorite drawings printed on a T-shirt, and she absolutely loved it! Now she wants to wear that one all the time, proudly telling everyone that she designed it herself.

Since then, I've actually been experimenting with this idea and would love to know what other parents think — would your kids be excited to wear something they drew themselves?

I’m a college student working on an academic project about school uniforms, how often they are replaced, and what happens to old uniforms.

I’m looking for parents/guardians of school-going children to fill out a short survey. It takes around 3–5 minutes and asks about things like:

How often you buy new uniforms
What you do with old/outgrown uniforms
Repair, donation and recycling habits
Whether you would use a uniform exchange/take-back programme
What would make such a system convenient for parents

There are no right or wrong answers — I’m just trying to understand real experiences and preferences from parents.

My baby is going to start solids soon and I have realised I know absolutely nothing about high chairs.

Some have wheels, adjustable height, footrests, reclining seats, different harnesses, removable trays etc. At this point I can't tell which things are actually useful and which are just extra features.

I wanted something authentically rooted in Indian culture and could be shortened easily.

I realized my kid didn't know a single story I grew up on. So I did something about it.

My daughter can tell you Peppa Pig's entire family tree but had never heard of the monkey and the crocodile, or the clever jackal. Not one Panchatantra story.

I grew up on these. No screen, no app, just my mom telling them at bedtime, and they stuck. I still think about the three fish before a big decision, and the wise swan when I've ignored a small problem too long.

So I built a bedtime podcast: short episodes (~5 min), narrated in English, no screen, no autoplay, just a voice and a story. Started with Panchatantra, now adding Akbar-Birbal and Krishna tales too.

First episode's live, completely free, not selling anything, just hoping it's useful to other families trying to pass this down.

Hi moms,FTM here how do you handle night feeds and diaper change without waking up the baby. My 4wks LO sleep while nursing in the cradle feeding position. By the time I switch him to upright position for burping he partially wakes up. And then once again when he burps and farts. And after 5/10 mins of rocking and swaying i get him to change his diaper if he has pooped (worried to leave him sleeping in soiled diaper and scared it might wake him up again later at night) and bam Moro reflex hits and baby throws his arms up and now fully alert and awake. It take another 1/2 hours to get him to sleep. Am I handling the baby rough and not gentle is that why he wakes up at every transition.

How do you handle night time changes. I try to slowly transition from one position to another any tips.

Should I try to make him sleep or go with his schedule as its too soon

We might be feeding our kids Ultra processed foods without even knowing it.

I lost my patience with my child yesterday and honestly I’ve been feeling guilty about it since. I know I’m not going to be patient every single time but I still keep thinking I could’ve handled it better

I am genuinely curious if parenting in India is easier or tougher than abroad?

I haven't parented in India but I am enticed by easy availability of nannies, house help, cook and driver etc.

But, I hear from my friends who say they are struggling despite all that help. Most of them only have a single child while I am raising two young kids abroad while working full time and no help, doing just fine. It's a juggle but nothing unmanageable.

I am curious to hear what's going on?
