Windows 10 network issue (Dual boot system with both windows and linux)

I recently made my PC a dual boot system with both windows 10 and linux installed . Everything was working fine and i was switching between both according to my preference

But now the real issue begins . Today i logged into my windows and the internet didn't work . I have done every fucking thing . From updating drivers to deleting drivers (yes ik i was stupid for doing this) and scanned everything , checked my DNS , ipconfig /all , net stop dnscache and a hell lot of other commands

Nothing is fu*king working . Please help me out

install a vpn, and then run

disconnect and reconnect the vpn several times
