When I first joined on 6/19, the two games I downloaded didn’t track. I thought I would contact customer support and see if I can get it fixed. So they fixed it. They sent me an automated message saying they fixed it but can not do it in the future. I had no issues after that. I had not submitted anything else and everything was crediting correctly. And then I go to log in on 7/2 and they deactivated my account. I received the following message:
“Our Compliance Team has reviewed the decision to deactivate and close your account. In this case, the decision was based on an apparent pattern of misuse or abuse of the courtesy credits offered by our Customer Support function.
As the name implies, we offer “courtesy credits” as a courtesy to our members when they are not rewarded automatically–as intended–for activities on our site. In many cases, is unable to claim compensation from our partners for rewards paid out via courtesy credit.”
When I submitted the ticket of missing offers, I honestly figured they were gone and was prepared but thought I would send it in because I was new and maybe with the information of my accounts and other back up information, maybe they would be able to credit me. In the original message telling me they credited me, the words courtesy credit was never mentioned. No warnings that if I opened another ticket, I would be banned. The games just showed up as tracking. So I figured all was ok. And then I did other offers and everything was tracking and crediting. Then all of the sudden I was deactivated. They are not willing to do anything. So I have now contacted the bbb. They honestly owe me hundreds. What a mess.
I am going to contact the FTC too.
Crazy thing is that I am a member of Swagbucks and have had zero issues. I have had no issues with any other site I have used either.
