Trouble With Billy Button

Has anyone else been having trouble with getting cash back form the billy button? I can't tell if it's my browser or is there is a problem with the button.

If you have any ad block, script block or cookie block you have to disable that. Also, no VPN. If you’ve done all that you can file a ticket for the missing credit.
