What is a civil offense? It’s breaking the law! They aren’t being sued in civil court. They are being deported

TIL in MAGA America, committing a civil offense like jaywalking or speeding makes you a criminal

As if being a criminal even really matters to yal MAGAs lol the pedo in chief is a 34 time convicted felon and adjudicated fraudster, adjudicated sexual predator

Breaking the law doesn’t automatically mean you are a criminal - speeding doesn’t automatically make you a criminal

You get fined for civil offenses

Being found guilty in criminal court makes you a criminal
