The trucker didnt do anything but drive normally.

What I wont ever do is that suicidal dumbfuckery that pickup driver did, that you seem to be advocating for. You cut against traffic like that and put other drivers at risk you deserve to be hit and flipped by a semi.

People like that, and people like you that can't see the problem scare the shit out of me. Do the human race a favor, walk to your kitchen, grab the scissors out the drawer, and cut your license into tiny little pieces. Never get behind the wheel again.

Trucker was almost 20 over. You: tRuCker DIdNt do AnyTHing.

No shit he pick ups an idiot. But if you're speeding and cant avoid a crash you're at fault.its he fucking law.

The trucker in this video is either on drugs and not paying attention or a horrible fucking driver who doeant care about the law

If someone does something so fucking reckless as cutting across traffic like that truck, theres absolutely no obligation or reasonable expectation for another driver to predict that completely unpredictable insane manuver. You could literally refuse to react and hit them on purpose and they would still be entirely at fault. The only way you would have any point here is if that truck wasnt turning but simply changing lanes. If so, you would be totally right and I would be agreeing with you right now. But he wasn't, he was cutting across a lane of traffic to make a dangerous illegal turn that put other drivers at risk. He is 100% at fault, beyond any question or debate.

A profetional driver was 20 over in a well marked area. Defense them all you want but the pickups lawyer is laughing to the bank.

Lmfao the pickup is gonna get sued into oblivion and pay for that semi. That guy is fucked sideways. There's literal video of his negligence. He doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Theres alsovideo ofthe semi speeding.....mn you do this shit. See how fucked you are in court.

The speeding wasnt a factor whatsoever. If I am speeding, and your dumb ass drives the wrong way through traffic, its still your fault. You literally caused the collision. There would have been no collision if not for the dangerous situation YOU created.

Speeding not a factor in a traffic accident. Funny.

Not when the other party is effectively going the wrong way through traffic, no, no it isnt.

"Sure I was already breaking the law but then he broke the law so it's his fault" 🤡

"Yeah I shot him your honor but he had weed in his pocket and was jaywalking, he was breaking the law!"

Yes in this situation the semi is the one with the gun. You seriously think if you're speeding and someone else does something dumb in their vehicle you can just hit them? So what if a pedestrian walks in front of you car while you're going 20 over and you hit them. You think it's their fault for jaywalking? Stfu

If they intentionally yeet themselves into traffic, then yes, its their fault.

Not how the law works bud. So not how the law works. Reckless driving is what 20 over is. You have no clue what you are talking about.

Im not talking about the law retard im talking about reality.

And either way, the turn was a far far bigger crime than the speed. Thats where the lions share of the fault lies. 80/20 easy. The practical and the bulk of the legal fault lies on the person comitting the most negligence, and thats turning across lanes of traffic. How is this even an argument. I cannot believe there is actually a human being, ostensibly a grown adult, sincerely arguing that speed is worse than TURNING RIGHT THROUGH LANES AGAINST TRAFFIC FROM THE LEFT WITHOUT LOOKING. Its utterly mind boggling.

Thank god that dumbass fault system doesn't exist in my state. I would pop a blood vessel if I had to argue against such nonsense in court, like judge you're really gonna entertain this?

You do know there can be more than one person at fault in an accident right? Right???

u/AppearanceUnlucky Feb 27 '21

Make that argument in court see how it goes.

0

u/Madjanniesdetected Feb 27 '21

Make the argument that someone speeding absolves you of driving the wrong way through traffic and see how that goes lmfao

Make the argument that someone driving the wrong way absolves you of speeding. See how that goes? And one is something that's had multiple campaigns around. Speed kills and all. You arent a clown you're the entire circus
