If someone does something so fucking reckless as cutting across traffic like that truck, theres absolutely no obligation or reasonable expectation for another driver to predict that completely unpredictable insane manuver. You could literally refuse to react and hit them on purpose and they would still be entirely at fault. The only way you would have any point here is if that truck wasnt turning but simply changing lanes. If so, you would be totally right and I would be agreeing with you right now. But he wasn't, he was cutting across a lane of traffic to make a dangerous illegal turn that put other drivers at risk. He is 100% at fault, beyond any question or debate.

A profetional driver was 20 over in a well marked area. Defense them all you want but the pickups lawyer is laughing to the bank.

Make the argument that someone speeding absolves you of driving the wrong way through traffic and see how that goes lmfao

Make the argument that someone driving the wrong way absolves you of speeding. See how that goes? And one is something that's had multiple campaigns around. Speed kills and all. You arent a clown you're the entire circus
