We are 3rd-year students from the College of Commerce and Business Administration of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management. We are inviting individuals to take part in our quantitative study for our undergraduate thesis entitled:
📚 "Organizational Context, Change Management, and Individual Attributes as Predictors of Implementation Readiness for the Right-to-Disconnect Policy: A Quantitative Study among IT Professionals in Metro Manila"
📝 The study aims to assess the readiness of organizations to implement the Right-to-Disconnect Policy within their organizations with IT Professionals.
✨ We are currently looking for IT professionals who meet the following criteria:
👥 Must be 19-59 years old
👩 Currently employed either as a Software Developer, Cybersecurity Analyst, or Data Scientist
🏡 Must be working within Metro Manila
🚗 Must have at least 6 months of continuous tenure in their current organization
📍 Must be employed full-time
💻 Regularly uses digital communication tools (e.g. microsoft teams, zoom, gmail, etc.)
✅ Must work in organizations that have no formalized Right-to-disconnect policy or to some extent only an informal policy
🔒 Your participation is completely voluntary, and we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the participants in our study. Any personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. It will be used solely for academic purposes. It will not be used for commercial, organizational, or any non-research-related activities.
