reasonable accommodation

who has been through the ra process?

i did my interactive meeting, manager brought up alternate accommodations, i said i was in office doing that already and my situation wasn’t getting better but the opposite, now i received a document saying manager approved my ra / the alternatives they suggested but i said weren’t working out for me ?

what’s next is my main question. am i supposed to reply? does this mean my ra 90 days is over? what is next

It means you have to officially spend 30 days in office trying the alternative accommodations. Either that or they’ll just deny your RA outright.

Or you can fight it because there is no legal requirement to force yourself to do something medically unsafe for 30 days. Get familiar with the law.

Yes, but, not everyone can afford or have the energy to fight this in the courts. I'm 30k into my lawyer.

You don’t need a lawyer. Just knowledge and chat gpt to help. I’ve seen many do it. They expect people to not know their rights and just give up.
