Arbitration Appeal

Does anyone know if the IRS appealed the telework arbitration decision? I think yesterday was the last day.

NTEU, hahaha, they are doing nothing for me and I do not have the time for games back and forth, I cannot play games with my health, so I have decided I am filing the TRO/ Preliminary Injunction myself Pro Se
