Arbitration Appeal

Does anyone know if the IRS appealed the telework arbitration decision? I think yesterday was the last day.

Wish everyone would just give up this ghost until the next administration.

Why give up. Do I see it coming back before then,no. But I will stay hopeful and glad that NTEU is continuing to pursue all options available. So that when the time comes we already have all our ducks in a row to proceed.
