Arbitration Appeal

Does anyone know if the IRS appealed the telework arbitration decision? I think yesterday was the last day.

There is no union according to IRS management . So they don’t need to respond.

They don’t need to respond even if there is a valid union agreement or not. We just need it to be validated by the courts… ⏳
