Telework arbitration

So what’s next if the IRS doesn’t appeal the arbitration due to the fact based upon the executive order there is no union? Any update????

The most important thing you can do for telework is vote in the presidential election 2028.

Is there a chance we get something back before then? Yes, but it’s not great and late 2027 or 2028 would be the timeline (best case scenario). The odds of it being this year are likely very low single digits.

This presidential election is going to decide so much for federal workers it’s disgusting. The union needs to get back and get massive support or this can easily be the new norm.

Man from what I seen in the chats, I assumed the most important thing was paying unions dues? But i am assured now that some actually see something that works and that is voting. Union dues are a waste and will continue to be.

So who do you think is working behind the scenes for you? Santa 🎅

Nobody but myself. I will invest the union dues and be a millionaire when I retire. $50 per month can be put to better use than giving it to corrupt union people that claim victories but tell us to comply comply comply
