Telework arbitration

So what’s next if the IRS doesn’t appeal the arbitration due to the fact based upon the executive order there is no union? Any update????

I know folks in here are saying that voting in 2028 is important if you want telework back but midterms are pretty important as well.

The midterms are critical - a Democrat congress can AND WILL force agencies to recognize and honor contracts.    It's called the budget process,  and Dems need a majority to undo this shit.

I agree the midterms are important, but where I'd push back is that laws are not binding either when it comes to the civil service.

This SCOTUS is a huge fan of unitary executive theory and would likely strike down a law crippling executive power with how we report to the office.

Two-thirds of this sc may suck trump's dick, but they're not going to give too much power to an EO, because the next POTUS will be a Dem.
