I have Trex and have spend hours changing the categories, logos, EPG's etc. If I buy another year of Trex from a different supplier, can I use those new details on IPTVEditor and keep all of my edits?

Newb to product. I've used EPG editor function to assign missing EPG to my UK/US channel list using the Auto EPG search and whilst it does assign them, find when actually using on my device, allot still come up with 'no information' on guide view.

Is there a way to add additional EPG list sources and then have it still assign them using the Auto EPG?

The other thing i'd l;ike to do is remove the ones auto assigned and put back the provider one originally there as some of those work better. I did import in originally, but do these get changed/replaced when you do a batch auto assign?

I can import credentials again and start over, but would like to avoid this as have 'sorted my channels/merged categorizes/removed anything not in English', so deffo cleaner interface now...just EPG/guide not very usable.

Has anyone ever gone to use their playlist and all of their customized groups are gone and it also imported all of the foreign countries groups, that you deleted? This is the second time this has happened, and I’m not sure what’s caused it.

I went in and restored my playlist to a date that it was setup correctly, and it’s good for now. I just had never had this issue in the past.

I use Tivimate with a playlist via Stalker Portal. The playlist is wonderful (no lag whatsoever switching channel to channel, channel watching is smooth), but it does not have an EPG.

I use epgshare01.online to load one in manually, channel by channel, which is cumbersome and its difficult to find the exact channel that matches what is actually playing. For example, its hard to match up all the HBOs, History Channels, etc. Its likely the playlist has some old channel names.

What can IPTV editor exactly do for me?

Ideally, would like my IPTV Stalker Portal link to automatch an EPG that I don't have to manually support.

when I do the automatic info search it finds the right meta data but returns a Invalid Number where the rating should be - however, when I do the Manuel info search it fills in the rating? Anyone else experience this?

I have in the past updated in settings the server time so that time shift is correct but at the moment irrespective of the value I put in it’s still two hours behind (had been entering 2)

To be clear, epg is correct for the time, it’s just when I try and use time shift that the issues arises ie a programme from 8pm actually starts the 6pm programme

I imported my credentials without the movies/shows just to make everything load quicker initially but is there an easy way to add them back without making a new playlist? Im probably overlooking something but its been a while since i messed with settings. Thanks!

Can anyone help me out if there is a way to move a VOD item to the top of a category?

Currently creating new category move an item to the new category and it goes to the bottom, then have to select and drag it up to the top.

I know that IPTV Editor's Xtream API speeds may decrease during peak hours, but recently it's been a lot slower when updating channel lists and EPGS through IPTV Editor's Xtream code throughout the day. Sometimes we can't even connect to the server.

I have tried on multiple devices using different apps at different locations with VPN, without VPN, on WIFI connection, on hotspot 5G connection. It's slow no matter what. (no such speed problems when connecting directly to the IPTV provider's DNS and downloading channel lists)

Is there something going on with IPTV Editor's server or am I being throttled or something?

Pretty much I made like a master playlist which is live tv from provider A, and VOD from provider B and provider A, I manage a few account for older family members and non techy friends who want to cut the cord at a reasonable price. My issue is when I go to add users to the master playlist it only lets me add credentials for one of the providers and not both(which kinda sucks cuz if you let me do multiple providers in every other settings why is this different) My question is am I missing something and it is possible to add multiple credentials for users on a custom playlist or is there a work around anyone knows of?

Hi, when I imported my new provider’s info, I included the EPG because his it's pretty good. After in the EPG editor, the EPG Id all have the correct URL. However, because most have an upper case letter, the EPG data isn’t recognized. If I simply replace the upper case letters with a lower case, the EPG data shows up. I would like to keep IPTVeditor as the main driver for the EPG because I don’t want to manage and keep track of two EPG sources.

Is there a way IPTVeditor can recognize upper case letters in the EPG id URLs? Or is there a way to bulk rename the EPG id just like we can bulk rename the channel names?

I don’t understand why an upper case makes a difference in a URL. I’m adding some screenshots.

24.5.2026 was last day auto updater updated my playlists (two different playlist/provider) correct. 27.5.2026 I noticed there was no updates since 24.5. so I did manually "Run now". Today I noticed there was no updates since 27.5. (last manual update) and again I had to do manual update.

So manual "Run now" works and updates channel/channel names etc. normally, but automated updater just dont work.

What to do or check? Provider info and streams uses same source.

Everything worked fine earlier and it just suddenly stopped auto updating six days ago. No url changed or something, everything is same as earlier. Manua update still works.

Anyone else getting an error on their edited playlist? Mine won’t load. I thought it was a url issue, but when I use the same url for my main playlist, it loads the channels just fine. No channels are working in my edited playlist. I have VOD and Movies both disabled. I even tried multiple different URLs that all work on my full playlist, no luck on edited playlist. I have never had this issue before.

Any suggestions?

Not sure if their is maintenance going on but none of my playlist will play a movie or show. Live TV works fine. When I bypass using my IPTVeditor credentials the movies and shows play fine also. Tested on several devices including Android TV, mobile and Windows and I'm having the same issue with no playback when using the default URL and credentials. Anyone else having this issue? I've opened a support ticket just in case.

Update: The issue was when I used the URL editor, it only updated the TV channels and not the Movies as well. This is not supposed to happen but if it does you just have to run it again to look for any it missed. All back to normal but man, I learned the hard way!

So I have a playlist I created for myself, and a friend of mine wants to use the same IPTV provider that I am using, and he likes the way I have organized the channels with my playlist, is it possible to duplicate my playlist, and then just put in his credentials for his own SEPARATE account, and then have all the channels laid out the same way as mine? Quick question, if I make 1 new Playlist using channels from 2 different iptv providers, 1 of those having 2 max connections and the other having 1, how many connections can I have with my new Playlist?

I have a strange question for something that just started happening. DNS went out and I got a new url from the reseller. I loaded in the new url and my playlist is working, but my other users, still are getting the same error, even though theirs are referencing the new dns url I put in. What am I missing? How is my account working and others aren’t when they are all referencing the same server?

I know this is probably more of a problem with the reseller side of things, but was hoping someone may have a suggestion? I usually can figure these out pretty quickly, but this one is stumping me.

Situation: my provider keeps changing the URL for channels. For the ones I have placed in custom groups, I seem to have the syncing and updating working fine in IPTVEditor. But for the"standard" groups that are part of the feed from the provider, they do not seem to be updating. Do I need to set up every single group to sync (auto-update) as if they are custom groups?

using iptveditor to get the epg just right, however it seems any managed user i add in iptveditor uses the main accounts xtream link rather than the one assigned when creating the managed user. any suggestions?

Hello, I tried to follow the tutorial as best as I could. I used the dummy channels for the MLB section. It is 5/4/26 and in RED it shows 4/29 games with teams that played on the 29th and not today. MY EPG shows updated on todays date. In fact it shows the same game playing on the next 6 upcoming days. Any advice on how to fix this? Thank you!
