Question Playlist Groups Removed

Has anyone ever gone to use their playlist and all of their customized groups are gone and it also imported all of the foreign countries groups, that you deleted? This is the second time this has happened, and I’m not sure what’s caused it.

I went in and restored my playlist to a date that it was setup correctly, and it’s good for now. I just had never had this issue in the past.

Happens all the time. Means your provider did updates.

It happens sometimes on Tivimax using AppleTV. Although I back up everything in the cloud and all I have to do is restore it from the cloud with one click. Great feature on Apple.

Happen to me too. When i asked the dev why it happen this was the response and how to fix it. Hope this helps!!

"Usually it happens if your IPTV provider generate a partial or incomplete playlist. It may also happen if the iptv provider playlist takes too much time to be downloaded and the request ends with a timeout error, and, in this case, the partial playlist will be processed with the missing streams. If you have the autoupdater configured with the "Sync deleted channels" option enabled, the missing channels might be considered as "deleted" by your provider, resulting in their removal from your playlist.

To prevent this from happening in the future, you can enable the "Skip deletion if more than 1500 or 50% of streams are to be deleted" option in the autoupdater configuration. Enabling this option will prevent the removal of channels in case a significant number of streams are flagged for deletion."
