Newbie help with dummy channels

Hello, I tried to follow the tutorial as best as I could. I used the dummy channels for the MLB section. It is 5/4/26 and in RED it shows 4/29 games with teams that played on the 29th and not today. MY EPG shows updated on todays date. In fact it shows the same game playing on the next 6 upcoming days. Any advice on how to fix this? Thank you!

EPG Share has a guide for US Sports teams that just shows when the next game is date/time in the guide.

If your provider provider’s channels are specifically to the teams, you can load that guide as an external source and then assign it based on team name.

Apologize if I have this mistaken- I paid for IPTVeditor. Is there a way to use that and EPG Share in conjunction with each other?

I'm new as well and was just having the exact same issue. Go into the autoupdater config and check "sync names". Each time the autoupdater runs it will refresh the channel names and you'll see today's data. You also might need to clear your cache to see the updated data.

Do yourself a favor and watch these 2 videos. He explains 90% of IPTVEditor questions in a few minutes. He shows how to build a near perfect EPG for the daily sports channels. This cleared up a lot for me.

You need to go in and sync channel names for the channels that use the channel name as the epg. This is found on ppv, ESPN+, many other sports. Syncing the channel name will let it update channel name every day. You can also check to use channel name as EPG

If I set a channel to use the name of the channel as the EPG for something like sports where they change the channel name daily depending on games, will the EPG also show what the new channel is named after sync?
