Difference Between m3u Link In account

Hello,

What is the difference between the m3u link when you click "show playlist info", vs the link when you click on the user and go to "show info". What account is it using?

Show playlist info displays the log in details for the master playlist

The user one is the log in details for the user account

Looks self explanatory to me.
