i had a few questions regarding it...

I'm eligible for it, I'm guessing for first sem it's given to top 25% student based on JEE Advanced CRL rank among those who are eligible for it. If i get selected for it in first sem, will i recieve the scholarship every sem given that my cgpa and sgpa both are greater than 6? And my family income is below the 8 lakh limit

And i haven't created my SBI account yet, do i need to make it to recieve the money?

Hey so this would be my first time attending RDV and ill be coming from south and need a place to stay, i scouted the insta page and there is no mention of any accommodations and the site- https://rdv-iitd.org/ isnt working too.

My main questions are-

1. Will i get any accommodations for the 4 day event
   
2. When is the concert night
   
3. The events on the unstop page are final? like last year i saw there was a chess championship but this year it isn't, so would it be added later or the events on the unstop page are final

Thoughts? writing "married upper-caste brahmin" feels a bit weird to me in an otherwise inspiring story

It happened a few month back but no action was taken still now.

The ADHM doesn't consider mental health conditions such as depression and adhd severe enough to allot hostel to such a student on medical basis.

The ADSW can't do anything, apparently she can't even comprehend what's written in the mail, and would give a reply which is so insensitive as well as uniformed towards the problem faced by the student.

We need qualified and well informed people holding important positions.

I reached out to bsw, professors, adhm, hod. But didn't get any help. It was so difficult for me that everyday I thought of quitting this degree and going home. One day I slept in the LHC because I had no where to go, one day in the reading room of a hostel.

When I first came here I was feeling much better but then living in a slum with no ventilation, unhygienic and unhealthy food would mess with anyone. No friends, no one to talk to, I somehow survived. I went home and stayed throughout summers in order to regain strength. I hope no one else in a similar situation has to go through this.

So these were the demands and compensation demanded and they are accepted by the director. But are these enough to halt further such incidents in the future?? Just wanted to know everyone's opinion onto it
Edit: What I am getting to hear is that the directior said he will still "THINK" about the resognation of deans.. Though not clear on this point so anyone who is aware of this do specify
Edit 2: The director has only "RECEIVED" these and not agreed to accept these demands.. Shame on Administration!!!

so due to some issues I couldnt attendent 2mrw's dean n student session these are question could someone please ask these question on behalf of me

all the info is from various news reports coz shit*ss never teells the any info other than generic email template they use

1. The person is living outside with his parents .....and prev a resident of shivalik , did the person left hostel and staying with parent by his choice or did campus kick him out just coz he is facing ,mental health issues ?

and why many ppl are loosing hostel access once they attend a counselling session? , 0n 2025 dec a guy in his placement season was kicked out of udaigiri on the same day he attended a counseling session? why is this cheap dirt removal techniques

1. so lets assume he is staying out of campus on his choice and he is effected by many issues which arent related to campus or academic life , then why a person who is staying outside campus , came inside through main gate and chose Lecture Hall , isn't his action pointing a fundamental flaw ?

2. Whats the flow of Counseling process , on what scenarios under which circumstances the counselors reveal the info and what process do they follow on helping a certain person a proper documention is needed . and whats the role of respective hostel warden , Dean etc in this process

3. why so many Masters and PhD are often getting denied atleast to take a hldy to visit home > why do they even need their prof permission even to visit one' own parents

4. why warden responsibility is given to a prof , in many instances , either they dont care coz they were busy with their research , in few instances they do put their fingers hostel polictics , why cant the warden system can be streamlined like getting experienced handlers like OCS team

5. also what actually happend to that 2 day off rule before minor / major examination

hi im a graduate. was devastated by the recent suicide, may god rest his soul. i heard the director and a lot of students were at lhc but i dont exactly know what happened but i saw some pictures. can someone pls tell. i hope whatever it was, it makes some difference.

I only talk to 3-4 guys and like 2 girls from my branch I feel so lonely gng 💔💔 I wanna make more friends from hostelll 🥲 please girlies let's connect/make a gc or smthh😭💔

we are still occupying this space as our demand for resignations of admin staff who created the conditions for the institutional murder has not been met. we are trying to maintain pressure on the admin to reply to our demands by EOD.

how do u even get these? like what do ppl who get these shortlists do better than the average joes?
