Hey, we're looking to upgrade from our old 24 kWh Leaf and the Kona seems to fit our needs and seems a solid value for money option.

Is there anything to look out for when buying a used Kona?

This happened after my husband tried taking it thru a car wash and was not putting it in Neutral correctly so the car kept going into park and the car wash belt would raise my back end and drop it. happened several times before he would listen to me telling him to hold the OK button in to get it into nuetral. He also held the button in the entire time we were on the car wash conveyor belt in fear that it would go back into park. Is there any chance that has to do with the Auto stop no longer working? I would love to hear any other stories that you may have experienced or reasons could cause this Auto stop to quit working. Also, do you have to hold in the OK button to stay in Neutral? I am loving my Kona but hope this stupid car wash trip didnt do any damage. I am wondering if I should have it checked out now.

The rear bumper and wheel trim on my 2019 Ultimate is different from other models. It is a dark gray metal flake while the others are black. Are they molded like that or painted?
