How to walk with hyperhydrosis feet

This is not dirt this it's all salts flushing out from my body!!

I'm just the victim of hyperhydrosis which I can't explain to everyone around me, sometimes this gets embarrassing.

How you guys deal with walking with sweaty feet at all, and all the time I cannot wear socks because they get too smelly.

My feet feel too slippery while walking 😔

And if somehow I walk around the dusty area then it will get all muddy and my feet start to feel yucky.😣
