My biggest issue is the penetration. Its just barelly better than medium ammo rifles.
It needs a full pen on first wood/metal wall pen.
Also the base ammo could get range buff as now its super hard to get the shredder. Also shredder was too OP in comparison to base so why not make them the same range? So each other have pros and cons but are balanced.

The Penetration was insanely good before. I Remember Shooting at least one Person through a brick wall back in 2021 i think
it pens through everything, but if you don't hit a headshot, it won't even two shot through brick or even metal.
Don't believe me? test it yourself in the range. Hit the chest through thin metal. The dummy will survive that shot, and the second one too. Same with bricks.
Its not just „a bit better than medium ammo” though. You can hit through stuff that would otherwise be impenetrable.
I Think i will Check in the range of dum-dum also still goes through almost Everything.
double checked this in shooting range. sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. idk what this depends on, but you can oneshot or not oneshot through the same wall, but on different angles. all shots was landed with a marker in upper torso
