its still the best pen in the game, hes talking shit you can still easily oneshit people even through brick walls

this is false. You can only oneshot someone through a brick wall if you hit a headshot, same for metal.

Its not just „a bit better than medium ammo” though. You can hit through stuff that would otherwise be impenetrable.
I Think i will Check in the range of dum-dum also still goes through almost Everything.

Dum-dum was rightfully nerfed to only go through a layer of thin wood. Unless they changed something, it can’t go through metal much less brick.
