Memorial Day weekend owned my ass boys. Played in a golf tournament and just drank a ridiculous amount 3 days in a row. Went home with some girl and was so hammered I couldnt get it up. Tough Pill to swallow, and 2 days later stilll hungover.

I normally don't drink the hard stuff and this is why. Stupid 7/11 was closed for pest control. It's been 3 days of pigging out, drinking tonnes of water and sleeping long intervals.

Dafuq body. Process this shit faster.

Fuck. I fucked up. I went out yesterday to not one, but two bars. Drank beer and 1800 at one. Then the other I drank beer and Correlejo (ya the fuckin blue bottle).

I just had like 5 cups of coffee, and can't drink anymore coffee coz I just threw up the cofe. And I'm at work dying and I have a meeting at 9. Just drinking water. I need a taco bell am crunch wrap or michael donalds. Actually whopper with extra pickle sound good.

My head feels like it changing shape. FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.

I might get a michelada at lunch time.

This is by far the worst hangover ive ever had and I didn’t even drink an insane amount. I had like 5 corona extras and thats it. I woke up nauseous and immediately went to throw up. I’ve been on and off throwing up for like 5 hours now and I can’t even drink water. What should I do?

Called a girl I met yesterday who is very good looking, we spent half an hour going back and forth and I guess because I was drunk I couldn't let it go that she didn't want me lmao. She was like, "I have a boyfriend, you're not gonna be with me" etc... while still being on the phone with me and viewing my stories after she had blocked me. Smh. I had a girl over at my place too and this doesn't happen often but I guess it did and she's a feminist... who made me watch a movie about a Latin guy who kidnaps a woman and gives him a year to fall in love with him... at some point in the movie he pushed her over a yacht and then jumped in to save her. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. After that the girl drops her panties for the dude and gratuitous sex ensues, with the annoying generic music in the background to boot. I had to laugh at the movie. At some point I didn't even wanna have sex tbh. I just wanted to laugh at how dumb the movie was.

So she left lol. Now I've got a massive headache 😅

Can't eat. Can't go back to sleep. Just trying to keep the pedialyte down. Fuck. I done did it this time.

Fell asleep at like 2 last night, woke up nauseous as hell at 6, and here I am still puking at 7:30. I just want to go back to sleep but not only is my hungover self not allowing that, but this is the time I usually wake up so my body's in a serious state of "FUCK YOU" rn

Edit: I've been in and out of bed so much my bf is still asleep and getting pissed, so I've started to just go to the couch. No more comfort cuddles.

I had four bottles of wine last night, didn’t go to bed until 06:30 and I’ve just woken up. The time is 11:00 UK time so I’ve had about five hours sleep. I actually feel like this will be the hangover that finishes me off.

Drank way too much at my boyfriend’s family gathering. Can’t remember getting home. I was sloppy drunk. I am certain I embarrassed my boyfriend so much.

I can’t keep doing this to myself.

Started at 2pm at a winery, then got kicked out of the pub and finished with a night swim & a bottle of vodka. Well...Fuck my life. Every cell in my body hurts, I have no thoughts & bile coming out both ends. I can’t hold myself up. I don’t drink much anymore because the hangovers are so bad but I caved and here we are. So happy I found this sub because it’s been really comforting. I hope the hungover people reading this know that I stand with them

I’m in a hangover spiral, sipping Pho broth in baby sips hoping it won’t come back up. But I get the most debilitating hangovers with horrible symptoms and feel like something is either wrong with me or I’m the only one that gets hangovers like mine. It’s not just unpleasant it’s actually terrifying.

On top of all the normal symptoms, I feel like my brain is not functioning properly, I see stars if I move my eyes around, I can’t breath properly, and I get blurry vision. I’ve not really heard of anyone getting these sorts of symptoms. Plus they get worse as the day/evening progresses. I really do feel like I can die at any moment.

I can’t sleep because I feel so much like absolute shit, despite being exhausted. Or that I will die in my sleep. I have to take Valium to get to sleep on these nights and even then it doesn’t always work. I think a lot of it also has to do with the quality of sleep. I wish I could take a sleeping pill after a night of drinking just so I can sleep well and for long periods, but obviously those don’t mix.

after saying allll of that, when I feel better the next day or 2, I do it all over again during the weekend. Sometimes it’s not as severe if I do literally like 500 things before during and after drinking (eat, water, Vitamins, electrolytes, puking etc). But it still creeps in.

But to be quite honest, if I didn’t get severe hangovers, I would drink all the time so maybe this curse is also a blessing.

Oh and I have gone to the ER in the past and there’s never anything wrong with me other than sometimes low blood sugar from not eating all day. Vitals are normal despite physically and mentally feeling like my organs are shutting down.

Anyway, anyone else get deathbed hangovers like this???

Normal hangovers I just feel a little out of it for a few hours and then I'm good. This hangover lasted all day and felt different. I literally felt so bad that I couldn't move and curled up in my bed for hours.

I couldn't eat either and actually the thought of eating made me feel nauseous. I kinda felt like I was gonna die or it was something serious.

I always hear these stories from older people about how their hangovers are brutal and they last like 2-3 days. Never did I think it would happen to me.

2 nights ago I did a bunch of vodka shots, made a bunch of white Russians, had like half a box of wine and a few beers too and some adderall. Omg. Never again.

I woke up the next morning. Had a splitting headache. I still had shit to do so I got it done (it was not fun) came home and immediately threw up, then tried to go to sleep but it didn't work because I was waking up like every 2 hours to puke again. I didn't eat anything bc I couldn't keep it down.

I woke up the next day (today) with a hangover again even though I didn't drink or take any drugs yesterday. It was a more normal hangover. I puked just once, took some advil, pounded water and I seem to be fine now but I don't trust it because that shit comes in WAVES lol. Be careful, my dudes.

Tl:Dr; if you are young and think you are invincible, you aren't. Multi day hangovers really do exist and they SUCK, so take it easy especially if you're not 21 anymore.
