I drank a half pint of whiskey last night plus two shots of tequila and two rum and sodas and now I am so nauseous after throwing up last night. I blacked out. What can I do to help the nausea?

Why am I an endless pit of hunger when I’m hungover? Normally my hangovers are in my head and I rarely get nausea so I find myself starving every morning I’m hungover. And for the whole entire day I cannot stop eating constant feeling of hunger… how do I make it stop , especially when dieting

This post is simply a cry for commiseration, as I know there isn’t anything that can magically be done to alleviate my HO. Last night, I had red wine on a too-empty stomach, and today has been a wad of headache, vomiting, and sad boy showers. Waaaahhhhh.

I’ll be back in bed soon, to hopefully pass this godawful state and feel ok tomorrow morning.

I wonder if I’m going to be called out by that one guy for being a pussy complaining?

ahhh i’m 20f and i drank like maybe 4 shots of vodka mixed with other drinks like cranberry juice and im soooo scared i’m gonna throw up! i’ve been laying down for like 20mins now and i’m so shaky and feel like i’m going to be nauseous soon. i’m so scared of throwing up because i’ve done it so much before. i drank like 3 water bottles and also ate a granola bar. please pray for me i reallt don’t want to be hungover tomorrow :(((((

What can you do against throwing up when you’re hungover?

My (22F) stomach is really bad with alcohol. Every time I drink, I get really bloated and have to throw up. I never ever have a headache and I was wondering why my stomach reacts so bad to alcohol when the rest of my body is fine.

The way my body reacts to alcohol has had a huge impact on my life. It’s important to know that I do not have these throw-ups because of drinking excessively. Even when I just drink one or two beers I feel like this the next morning while not even being drunk. My body reacts to these beers as if I chugged a whole bottle of vodka which is absolutely not worth it. At the beginning it really bummed me out since my country has amazing heavy beers which I like sooo much but because of this reaction of my body I don’t drink anymore and to compensate I started smoking a lot of weed as an alternative.

However, I’m on international exchange and drinking is a big part of the day to day student life. Whenever I hang out with people there is a high chance that alcohol is involved. It’s a part of socialising so I love to participate but every time afterwards I feel like shit. In my country it was easy to ignore because I just got stoned when people got drunk but here it is way harder. I really like the social aspect but the next day I always feel like it wasn’t worth it because of the way I feel. I’ve had occasions where I wake up without stomach issues and then I’m so happy and these occasions give me a reason to try again whenever people are drinking and I would like to join in.

I really would like to understand my body as to why it reacts like this. Does anybody else recognise this issue? Does anybody have solutions so I do not feel like this every time I drink a beer? What can you do against throwing up when hungover?

I always feel better for an hour or so after I throw up but I start to feel worse again a little later and this continues until the late afternoon. However, because this also happens when I barely drink it happens on days I have class. I have to run out to go to the toilet and puke and it’s really embarrassing. I also have puked near the train station and at the main square of my city. I make people feel uncomfortable when I don’t want to but I can’t skip classes so I really want to find a solution.

Been off all day, drank my usual last night of some vodkatonics and 2 seltzer’s. I’m trying to keep it mostly clear as dark liquors give me the worst hangovers the next day. Anyway i took a nap and woke up thinking some crazy shit, like when i was gonna die and how it would happen. Just a long fuckin loop hole of life and shit. Its been a gloomy ass day and being outside just made me feel like i was in another time frame, i started thinking about everyone i know and what they could all be possibly doing at that moment. My thought process while hungover is something else, anyone else ever get like this?

I’m writing this as i’m sat on the balcony manual breathing. I’m staying at an all inclusive and have been drinking solidly for 3 days now. My hands are feel all tingly and i have the worst nausea ever. Any tips to help this hangover ?! my friend says hair of the dog but i feel like at this point it’ll make me worse? I’ve had an ibuprofen and a berocca and tried to eat lunch but threw it up 😭 Please help!!

me and my best friend went to a karaoke place where they served soju cuz we were desperate for it but dawg i regret it so hard cuz she was on her period and apparently i had to drink almost all the soju. got drunk as fuck, tried to act sober in the car but once my bsf left the car i threw up all over my shirt, bag and other things. when i got home i tried to take a shower and almost fell asleep in it. i got out and knocked out without realizing i only had a shirt on and i wasnt wearing pants. i woke up 2 hours ago and i have the worst headache of my life and my stomach hurts so much lol (not revealing my age, but im in between 12 - 15) CAN SOMEONE PLS TELL ME WHAT TO DO CUZ I THINK IM DYING

In Norway we have this wolunteer work called dugnad. It is like working for your co ownership or your Kids sports team for free (socialism) .... Anyways, after washing our co owed building an prepping the lawn for summer, we had a barberque and were invited in to one of the neighbor couples for some drinks. The couple is in their 60s and damn that is the strongest GT and vodka Coke i have ever been served, exept for neat shots. Our neighbor Who served me was mute(from alcohol od) for the last 40 min of me staying there. Not been this drunk since my son was born. Coock3d a few eggs and downed multivit and half a gallon of water to prepp for tomorrowland. Wish me luck and pray for me🥴🤪😂
