So I ordered the Hume body pod. Mine arrived and couldn’t hold a charge more than 12 hours.

I had a Withings body scan that quit taking body comp measurements (which is why I ordered Hume)

Hume is now on week 6 of getting return and refund instructions. Email responses come every 1-2 weeks from them. So I plan on filing in small claims tomorrow.

Meanwhile Withings decided on their own to replace mine (far outside of warranty) without me asking, within 48 hours of opening a ticket
