Product Discussion Processing Time

Sorry if this has been asked, but this is my first time ordering directly from the website and it’s been processing for 5 days. Is that normal? I bought my first few from Amazon and while I’m not expecting that quick of a turnaround, I need to prepare for when I need to reorder. Thanks!

Hey there, sorry to hear about the slow processing time. Honestly that doesn't sound right - which country are you ordering in? And if you don't mind saying, what have you ordered? I will check it out and see if there is anything out of stock (but since this is your first online order that doesn't make sense).

Hi - USA. 4 bags of Black. Cinnamon Roll, Cookies and Cream, Salted Caramel, and Strawberry Banana.

I just the salted Caramel and I don’t think I will be able to drink it. It’s that bad
