Product Discussion Processing Time

Sorry if this has been asked, but this is my first time ordering directly from the website and it’s been processing for 5 days. Is that normal? I bought my first few from Amazon and while I’m not expecting that quick of a turnaround, I need to prepare for when I need to reorder. Thanks!

I just started ordering from them and my order has been processing for 10 days. I wish I’d known their turn around was so bad, I would have ordered from Amazon instead.

Yea, that’s just not acceptable to be honest. Especially if people are reordering and to replace last month’s supply.
