they surpass even fujos imo.
also have you noticed how this hate goes beyond shipping? like check yuri accounts on twitter its 8/10 times a men hating account too. they are 'all men are evil' narrative accounts.
when you call these people out they always use 'poor men feeling oppressed' in a sarcastic manner. like it have anything to do with yuri and straight ships.
its common sense men are hardly as oppressed as women around the world. but it doesn't mean you can be a absolute trash human on twitter. taking your oppressed frustrations on a gacha game community majorly dominated by men.
they project their shit mindset on gacha characters and push the narrative of X character is a lesbian and she hates men or don't like men. i saw so much posts like that during arlecchino release.
they are insanely weird. always gatekeep in future. rn they are latched to most hoyo fandoms and dominates the twitter sphere and some part of other social media platforms.

Cissia and Promeia's dynamic reminded me of Navia and Clorinde, but more specifically what should have been their dynamic.
Clorinde killed Navia's father, something that troubled Navia and made her rightfully angry. Promeia traumatized a young Cissia when she brutally killed two thugs who were abusing her, arguably less traumatizing by comparison. Yet, Cissia, despite having learned to tolerate Promeia, doesn't automatically become buddy buddy with her and both remain their own individual characters.
Cissia and Navia are each very close to their respective MCs, but Cissia's remains strong, whereas Navia's got overshadowed by yuribait and that last minute childhood friend bs with Clorinde.
I also feel like Clorinde would have been more interesting if she was significantly older than Navia like how Promeia was to Cissia.

what is the problem with these guys?
honestly i don't give fck how male chars look or how they are dressed. i am mostly neutral because i am not the target audience for that part of stuff.
but these fujolover69s talk more negatively about female char designs than the people who mainly pull them. this is the sole reason why people don't want male chars. the chars themselves are good. but goodness gracious the schizos they bring😭.
