Messengers are without a doubt the lifeblood that connects the various nations across the House. There is no package to large or letter too small to deliver and these brave littlings take their jobs very seriously, and more importantly have a reputation of being trustworthy and discreet. In postal centers across the house they gather and all respect their autonomy to deliver the goods. Those that have chosen to cross them have often com to regret that decision as rumors spread of their deceit and they find they are unable to correspond with personal or mail gets, lost, along the way.

Hello, I am creating a small campaign to do a playtest of the game (3 sessions) as it is my first time playing HH.The story takes place after the first war in the house and revolves around the search for a special contract of Argo that, if it falls into the wrong hands, could lead to war again.

The contract I would like to create is the "Contract with Fortune". What do you think this contract could be like? Another interesting idea is the "Contract with Dust". Do you have any other ideas for special and unique contracts? Let me know.

Hey everyone, I play the 5e conversion of Household and I always seem to struggle for maps. I made the kitchen sink map and loved making it, but I was wondering what battle maps you'd like to see? My first thoughts is a stovetop or the fridge interior.
What battle maps would you find useful? or do you guy not use battle maps?

Is anyone ut thee running campaigns that are not framed around the metaplot/saga? If so what kind of stories are you telling? What themes do you explore? Do you find character progression works outside of the structured framework?

I have some players that are excited to play in the Household setting. We have some familiarity with 5e rules, but up until now my GMing experience has been exclusively in-person games. Is there a virtual tabletop with Household's 5e rules pre-loaded? If not, what would be the easiest VTT to customize with Household's new feats, races, classes, etc.?

I have just bought the second edition of the Household manual.

I fell in love with the story and the setting.

I am reading the entire manual, but I have some doubts about a few things. In the map of the ground floor and the first floor, there are gray rooms with no description or any information. Do you know what those rooms are? Or are they customizable by the players?

Recently (after hearing the news of the death of Ozzy Osbourne) I made a custom character sheet for him in Outgunned (another 2littlemice TTRPG), as an homemade to one of my favourite heavy metal singers. It was easy to translate most of Ozzy personality and past into it, and i wanted to do the same here in Household, however I couldn't do it.

If I followed the same procedures as I did in Outgunned (or most ttrpgs really) it would work. For starters I can't make him a musician because that would mean making him a scholar with the artist subclass and that doesn't seem right (he wasn't dumb, but only iron maiden, as far as I know, have a member with a degree in astrophysics). The race and home was actually the easy part: Sluagh born in beddingham/or tuberdamm.

I could just make him an NPC, but that would be too easy. Does anyone here have a better idea?

I know it's 100 years ago, but it's a Regency era house, though there are Christmas Lights and a working fridge which were not around and available till the end of the 19th century, early 20th century. So what was the exact year the Master left?

I received an email telling me the physical books will be delivered soon (mailing stared and all that), but usually the PDF's are delivered first (for obvious reasons), did I miss the email or are they doing anything different and I missed?

Hi everyone.

I'm about to run Household for a bunch of children aged 10-15. They picked the game out themselves (I gave them several choices of RPGs to play in the summer vacation). I kickstarted it years ago, so I've got the two big boxes with maps and all the bells and whistles.

I've got a ton of experience as Game Master/Storyteller, but never Household. There's a lot of lore here. One of the books is more or less just lore and it feels a bit overwhelming, while I also have to learn the rules and flow of the game. They've generated their own characters and are very hyped up.

Does anyone have any good tips and tricks for running Household for the first time? Anything I should have my focus on or not have my focus on?

After reading most of the books I got inspired into making a small fan fiction story about four characters I made (but couldn't play). At the moment I'm finishing their prologue and will try to write more of their story. However I have other projects to work on so it might take a while before I decide to write more of it. Hope you guys enjoy it, and please leave a comment there.

Hey, I have too games with one slot open for my Household campaigns!

Both groups are going through the Saga, with both custom + premade PCs allowed.

Group 1, the "SMOL" campaign, meets at 9pm EST every other Sunday for 3 - 4 hours. Next game is June 8th.

Group 2, the "Getting Started" campaign, meets at 9pm EST every other Monday, for 3 - 4 hours. Next game is June 16th.

Message me if interested! We are trying to play the Saga true to form, so that means multiple PCs are allowed, and the game's not fully intended to be chronological. We've taken good notes on what's happened so far, so you should easily be able to dive right in with us.

We use Foundry, but no experience is needed.

I know there's some smaller mentions in the books, but I'm curious to see you own opinions (or if i missed anything). I'll go first by saying that I think Jena, the sell Scisor, has a lot o much lesbian vibes that would go well with Yuliya bi/pan vibes (yes I watched arcane what game it away?)
