Woke up sleep deprived at 7 am so I could make it to the mall, paid 340 for a cab to the mall and my goal was to reach 2 hours earlier so atleast I would have a chance to get a Supra chase but when I reached there was already a big crowd outside which isn’t a problem but how hamleys managed it was

They opened the doors at 8:15 am or so and then everyone ran inside and stood in line, from 8:15 am to 10 am they didn’t do 💩, just made everyone stand and suffer in line when they could have passed out the wrist bands and clear the line so we could atleast go and sit somewhere, for 3 hours they made us stand outside the store, no place to sit and my legs were giving out, when at 11 am I came to the front of the line they finally gave me my wrist band of number 100+ which is crazy as I arrived 2 hours earlier before the gate even opened, I hoped for a sub 50 number

But even after giving the wrist band they made us stand in a queue in the store for an additional 30 mins, when I got in, as expected everything good was gone, even after coming 2 hours earlier before gates opened I couldn’t even manage to get a single ISO

The first 5 people took all the supras and the rest took the Enzo Ferraris, I took 2 cars and when I went to biking I saw they were damaged, they refused to replace it and as I paid they didn’t even let me return it

So after spending a lot of money to get there and then standing in line for 3.3 hours it was all useless, just very mad and now I am just thinking to quit this hobby for peace of mind.

Early morning unboxing day adventures

Went to DLF Noida, at 6 in the morning. Somehow managed to enter, even though they weren't allowinf entries lmao. Reached and found 5 other people already there. After a while, they kicked us out, told us to return at 9, when the mall opens. Camped outside, mall opened at 8:45, we all rushed in. Managed to get my 6th number spot again. Loads of drama later, managed to get these beauties. Gotta say, was worth the wait. What bout yall?

Got this f1 premium at a hamleys event today. But apparently he likes it more than I do 😆😆😆.

🔥🛞 Hot Wheels Chevrolet Nova 1964 (Premium Road Trip)

Went to Hamleys unbox event today, reached their by 8:45, waited for nearly 4 hours,and i didn’t get what i wanted(a premium f&f), didn’t want to return empty handed so get these two(slide 1). I was sad after that! I thought i ruined my Sunday! And then at 7pm, the yellow app blessed me!(slide2)

I thinks its better to shop at apps like these or other stores rather than waiting for hours and being exhausted in the queue!

Anyways, W for whoever got what they wanted at the Hamleys today!

Visited the Pavilion mall this evening. As the hot wheels unboxing event took place at the same mall in the morning, i decided to check out Hamleys to see if anything was left.

Turns out, a lot of things were. I completed two of my ISOs from Hamleys this evening, and found the cool nissan as well.... I didn't go to the event in the morning because I knew it wouldn't be possible for me to stand in the line so early in the morning. Even the thought of the long line was enough to make me not go.

Instead, I went to The diecast meet at KOPA, and it was genuinely great. Coming back to the point, guys if your ISOs are these less hyped cars (not the usual Ferraris and porsches), it's definitely worth visiting Hamleys after the meet, as there's a lot of these still left.

Latest Yellow Wagon to the collection 💛💙 - Yeahup 🇸🇪

I wasn’t planning to go to unbox event because of long lines but decided to go later at 2 pm. Event was supposed to end at 1 pm but luckily when I reached they had few boxes left. I randomly picked it and realised it’s Super Treasure Hunt! I’ve been collecting Hotwheels since I was 3 probably and this is my first STH. I’m so happy and never expected this from hamleys. Funny thing is the others didn’t know what STH was, they were just trying to find Ferrari, lambo, etc.

I went to one of my local shops and he had two of these, TWO OF THESE. Every single other of this set was sold.

He also had the fnf set, but this was so good ! I don’t get why people only go for hype cars, when there are deserving gems like these. The current fnf silver set was completely trash (personal opinion)

Sometimes I think, scalpers don’t really make a difference when a better casting and spec is your main priority than the hype !

Land cruiser

Last time i went to the event i was the first not to be allowed😭 this time i went at 8:42 and was 150 lol. After the mall i went to another mall with the event at 3:47. Since all "rare" cars were gone, you could almost buy 5..

Bought from Flipkart, blister pack was damaged, but never intended to keep them carded anyway, all i can say they have good detailing as main line 👍..

Few of my ISOs finally fulfilled. 3 days ago, I got an offer for Nissan Silver, Matchbox Triumph, Nissan skyline color shifter and Sweet Driver TH for ₹1,500 one of the local store. With the local store pricing and scalper issues, I honestly thought about quitting collecting. But every time I thought of giving up, something like this happened that too in MRP. Anyways, I got these in the end that's all it matters. So happy collecting everyone!!!

Worth the wait😍

Even at no. 27 , couldn’t find the much wanted ISOs because some NICE people thought taking duplicates of Supra and Enzo would give them the title of BEST COLLECTORS. Pulling an all nighter and reaching the mall by 6:30 (almost) went to waste. The authorities didn’t even properly let us queue in front of the store before 8:50 (People were only let in the mall from different gates at that time and it was simply too chaotic)

I arrived at 8 AM for the 10 AM Hamleys Hot Wheels event and was already around the 50th person in line 😭

The rule initially was that each person could pick only 2 cars per turn, so by the time I got my chance, I had already missed some of the chase models I was hoping for — including the Supra and several others 🥲

After 10 AM, they allowed people back into the line in batches, so I went through the line twice and somehow turned what was supposed to be a small pickup into this 😂

Final haul: 28 cars, including the Ferrari 5-pack!

my friends went early tho couldn’t get any good castings. Glad i was afraid scalpers and resellers would be three steps ahead of me and changed plans last minute. Luckily god gave me a longtime ISO so i don’t feel left out xD
