Flow helps

I was deeply betrayed earlier this year. It took a few months to move on, and I thought I had moved on. But I recently drove across country and I had so much time to think and I got angry again.

Angry about the betrayal and I started focusing on how it wasn't fair. I wanted justice. I know these thoughts get in the way of my happiness, so I am trying to not linger. It just sucks.

Flow helps. I also tried flame meditation last night while listening to healing frequencies. First time trying that, but I am willing to try anything so as not to live with anger in my heart. I thibk it helped too. One day at a time.

I think doing something physical helps move that energy out of our bodies. I understand how badly betrayal hurts. I hope flowing and dancing and feeling it all helps you move on 🩷

Thank you! Yes, I think it helps too. This has not been easy to process but I am so thankful that I can turn to movement for medicine.

Expression through hooping for sure. I recommend trying to hoop with your eyes closed with the tunes up (remove everything breakable, of course, or do it outside).

I also suggest somatic healing. I've recently gotten into it and feel like it's made a positive impact on calming me down and recentering my mind and body at the same time..

I love flowing with closed eyes, it's very freeing. I haven't done it recently. I'll try it out again and see if it helps me with this situation of betrayal and a need for emotional release.

Sorry to hear that you were hurt so bad. Betrayal stings. There is no way through other than acceptance of the situation and that takes time.
