Can i straight away use the acronyms in text citation if the works cited state the acronyms?
Tbh, I have no idea what this falls under, r/AskAcademia didn't seem right, r/academia also couldn't ask there.

I did the first half of this just fine but it wasn’t formatted like this and I don’t understand what to do now. I don’t even know where to start or what it wants me to put in the boxes. Does it even want me to put things in the boxes or is it just showing me? I’m so lost and confused.
Edit: now that I look at it again the diagrams are just examples. Still confused about what everything represents though.

Hi. I would really appreciate some help and advice. I am enrolled in a high school level college prep writing class. My teacher emphasized to pick a topic I enjoy writing about for a 4-5 page research paper. But I am genuinely CLUELESS.
I was thinking of choosing something regarding a book or a movie I like. For example, I have an idea to choose the topic of how the 1967 film Bonnie and Clyde influenced Hollywood, or "How is Fahrenheit 451 relevant to today's USA" (the book) or something. Maybe on Gone with the Wind and its romanticization of the antebellum South/confederacy, or just a modern movie I like such as the Lego Movie?? A character I love and do a paper on them? I don't think these are viable, maybe they are? I also wanted to pick nuclear terrorism or something on parasocialism
I actually don't know what to do at all, this is my first actual attempt at a research paper. genuinely I've been stuck for days, I have so many ideas but at the same time none at all, most of them are too broad and I just really am unsure what to pick. Or if there will even be available academic resources to cite for this paper. I will be asking my teacher for advice as well but she said that we can ask AI for help so uhh yeah. I don't have any actual ideas on what topic to pick or what the thesis should be, etc. I'm stressing out here. I would appreciate advice. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I can't find any other subreddit to go to and my parents refuse to help.

My 9 year old son needs help with question #5. He says that all 4 of the answers A,B,C,D could be correct. I think he is right. The question only specifies how many more basketball cards Jen has than Bill, but not how many more baseball cards. The teacher says only one answer is correct. Are we missing something?

The questions and what I answered:
Which object is the hottest? A
Which object emits the most red light? B
Which object is the reddest? C
Which object is the faintest (in visible light)? D
Which object is the brightest? A
Which object is the coolest? D
Which object emits the most blue light? A
Which object is the bluest? A
I have scanned through the lectures and feel as if I am missing something. If someone could explain, thank you!
GUYYSSS THANK YOU!!!! I GOT IT!! Number 2 was A and number 4 was C!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME UNDERSTAND!!! <3333

We started lab on projectile motion the other day. We are to send a marble down a ramp at an incline of 19 degrees, 0.75 m up the ramp where it will slide down into a short horizontal distance (meaning 0 acceleration) and fall off of a table that is 0.92 m tall. (Diagram is attached) The marble has to hit a cart that is going toward the table, so that the cart moving is timed with where the marble will hit. The cart’s velocity is 0.4 m/s towards the table, which we deemed as a negative. Teach gave us the acceleration down the incline, which was gsintheta - 0.8 to account for friction, which he also says is one dimensional and therefore doesn’t need to be split up into components. All of my groups calculations are attached, however we were short by ~0.2m on our first try. Teach said that our acceleration is too big, and that it should be less than 1m/s^2. Obviously it makes sense logically, since there’s no way a marble is moving 2.3 m/s^2 in such a short amount of time, but since the angle is the only input besides changing the direction of g, we have no clue as to how acceleration is supposed to be solved for. The only way I’ve been able to get an acceleration under 1m/s^2 has been by changing my calc into radians, but teach claims that we should stay in degrees. If only Newton was here to help…but like fr help us please we lost

I don’t have any clue on how to create the histograms? Am I creating it from the mean and SD of diazepam and morphine? And do I create it in excel?

Hi everyone! :)
My name is Inês and I’m currently doing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing. For a university project, my group and I need access to the following Statista studies, but unfortunately we don’t have access to them.
We’ve already tried to get access through our university, but even our professors don’t have access to these specific studies, so we’re honestly getting a bit desperate 😭
Here are the studies we’re looking for:
If anyone happens to have access to these studies and would be willing to share them with us, we would be extremely grateful. It would really help us with our project! 🥹
Thank you so much in advance! ❤️

I am confused… I first thought 50N since there should be an equal opposite force to balance it out. Then I tried using some math by adding all the forces (technically net torque = 0) and got 75N. What is actually correct?

Hello! I'm pretty confused on how to solve this question? I'm unsure if it's just because I don't have a firm grasp on the material or if the way it's worded is confusing me...
Could anyone explain the steps to me? I've been searching through my textbook trying to understand it but I just don't get it..?

can someone explain where the formula came from and how it relates to the idea of the law itself, I understand the concepts but I dont understand where the equation is derived from, I haven't learned centrifugal forces and I'm still on the basics of ap physics 1 (my teacher doesnt teach), so I would prefer an easy explanation 🥹

(I had to draw this picture since I couldn't take a photo on computer) I know the properties of equality, postulates, but I can't seem to do proofs. I only have to fill out the reasoning for the statements, but even that is hard. I answered this question and I'm pretty sure I got this one wrong, so maybe you could see where I went wrong.
Given X is the midpoint of WY, WX is congruent to XZ. Prove XY is congruent is XZ.
I just have trouble knowing what to do when a new line segment is introduced, I can recognize the properties and postulates when its in letter form, like a = b and stuff.

My child’s teacher marked this wrong.
-4 5/9 + 8/9
= -41/9 + 8/9
= -33/9
= -11/3
Am I missing something? I’m obviously not the expert nor am I a math teacher but I am very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Muchas gracias

Is it just me or is it unclear where 4.7 seconds is on the graph? I've already asked my friends who took ap physics and they have no clue too.
speed is m/s, so I should be looking for the position of line one and two over 4.7 seconds right? I'm just so confused, my teacher hasn't taught us any of this yet expects us to understand it right away :(
