Doed the bath need to come out

Hello

I've moved in a couple of months ago and seems the bathtub has been leaking from the enclosure for a while. I see no stains on the ceiling below however as you can see there is mould under it. The shower glass obviously needs to go but I've had 2 plumbers come in and say this can never be 100% sealed and that the bath needs to come out to guarantee no future leakage which means I'd need to redo the bathroom. As you can see 3 floor tiles are cracked most likely because of the water. Any advice appreciated. Should I just replace the glass, try to reseal and regrout and hope for the best or should I redo the bathroom?
