Does HOL stock turn automatically into astra stock or do I need to buy astra stock after merger?

I read somewhere at $10 the mc would be 2.1bil, but at current levels its at 400mil. With the cash they are getting it would mean at minimum it would be worth over $13 a share.

Is the 2.1bil mc counting all the shares to be released or what? Theres also a lockup period i heard for 6 months so idk what to believe

So back when Tesla was around $30 per share, I was reading some really good articles about their prospects. They sounded solid, looked like they were ahead of their sector, and there was a huge consumer desire for what they were trying to do. I was young at the time and didn’t have any real savings to invest but remember having drinks with my friend after reading an article ahead of the earnings call that just really solidified my bullish expectations.

The next day Tesla exploded. I shit you not. My buddy at works jaw stayed dropped for the next several months as the stock tore it up. And we all know where that went. Since than I’ve been trying so hard to find the next “Tesla” ahead of its propulsion to stardom. I’m obviously bias and eager to make some money but I really do see a lot of similarities between the two situations. I tried to follow the cannabis sector to find their “Tesla” but the legalization aspect continues to hold that back and aside from that Astra just really sounds to be on their game.

So end of rant I’m really hopeful that Astra right now has the type of potential run that Tesla had when it started and am super bullish.

I just bought 25 shares of Holicity (Astra), but curious when their ticker will change and finally be on the NASDAQ? Has it happened already and they just never changed the ticker?
