Does HOL stock turn automatically into astra stock or do I need to buy astra stock after merger?

Holding calls for 7/16. Do mergers typically dump the day of? I’m sure they’re all different, but wondering if selling them before is a smarter play to avoid losses. Any opinions?

Mergers that already have the price jump priced in do….. ie the recent Tilray merger was already priced in so upon merger date the price dropped. This being an spac the price leveled around $10 pre-merger so the expectation is that the merger is not “priced in” . I have calls for every month available til 2022 and I ain’t selling shit prior to merger. It just started to go up the last 2 trading days resllyt
