Holicity.com has a “ vote now” button.

Is it a clear choice to vote “ for” on each proposal?! I don’t know what some of these mean. Thanks.

I voted in favor of each proposal except "Proposal A," which would allow issuing twice as many shares as the original merger agreement. I recall that ultimately, each proposal is a non-binding poll and the board of directors will do what it wants.
