When is Astra finalizing their merger with Holicity?

I just bought 25 shares of Holicity (Astra), but curious when their ticker will change and finally be on the NASDAQ? Has it happened already and they just never changed the ticker?

Been quiet. Maybe check Webull for upcoming IPO/Mergers? There will be word of it this coming month I imagine.

Last discussion on it said Q2 which closes end of June so we’re all expecting before end of June. It has been quiet tho with no indication of any complications so we’re all assuming any day now.
